The woman’s voice rang out, steady and commanding.
And it was that gentle, almost smiling look in her eyes.
Millie couldn’t help but sense the hidden meaning behind it.
She was the one who had submitted today’s evidence.
She’d wanted to use this grand stage to bring Danielle down.
Millie’s fists clenched so tightly her knuckles turned white.
Nathan sat with his legs crossed, quietly observing the scene unfolding before him.
His deep-set eyes were locked on Danielle’s face, burning with intensity.
Beatty tilted her head and glanced at Millie, her expression tinged with amusement.
This woman had tried to drag Danielle into a scandal and failed.
She’d hoped to use Danielle as a stepping stone, to launch herself into success.
But this was an event broadcast live across the world.
Millie’s disgrace wouldn’t just haunt her at home—it would follow her everywhere.
If she couldn’t make it in her own country, she’d have even less hope abroad.
Kirsten folded her arms across her chest. “She’s backed into a corner now. Let’s see if she can pull off another miracle.”
She was like a cockroach that simply refused to die.
“Even Alexander couldn’t save her now—not even if he had a magic wand.”
She glanced at Gian, hoping for some reassurance.
After all, Millie had made herself plenty of enemies.
She was utterly revolting.
Gian simply stared at the stage, unmoved.
“There’s always a way,” he said quietly.
If Alexander wanted to rescue her—with his power, he could, even in this situation.
But so far, Alexander had done nothing.
Liam’s eyes darkened.
Danielle had kept her composure the entire time—steady, unshaken.
Even Chairman White had come out in person. What could possibly be fake now?
Chairman White stared at the ashen-faced Millie. “The so-called ‘original design’ you submitted is nothing more than a crude copy of Danielle’s patented blueprint.”
“These data, the technical specifications—even the decimal points match the documented records from over a decade ago.”
His tone was as cold as ice. “You are a core member of a national research lab, someone who’s contributed to aerospace materials projects. Do you really think the work you scraped together at a third-rate company could even compare?”
AetherX Dynamics—a third-rate company?
Kirsten nearly clapped with delight.
AetherX Dynamics had always boasted about their connections, but in reality, they had nothing to show for themselves.
Even people in the audience had started whispering.
Once a big name, AetherX Dynamics was now a shadow of its former self.
They’d accomplished nothing worth boasting about.
Millie stood on stage, nearly swaying, a wave of suffocating shame threatening to knock her to the floor.
She’d never been so thoroughly humiliated.

Where is Chapter 545 - 554? I thought there'll be 9-10 chapters per update....
I knew it! He’s in love with her but he thinks she loves his brother!...
Oh poor Bianca... regrets, regrets :)...
This is it! Revenge. Way to go Dani....
OMG! Chapters 451-462 had me on edge. I wish we could also read Alexander's POV. I swear I want to punch him and Millie. This story is kind of a push and pull. The main character will win some, then lose some. Hope the writer gives Danielle a big win....
I hope not a lot of important dialogues get cut out, especially between Danielle and Alexander. But I can't complain, really. Thank you again for the updates....
I'm already in chapter 432 ATM and I have the impression that the story is so slow. Daniele remains in the dark, her reputation is low and inexistent, her accomplishment and professional abilities are stiĺl hidden, her enemies are taking the joy in humiliatihg her. No evolution in the plot? Please don't stay long in this, readers might lose interest in the long run....
Please update...
The last chapter was too short. More pls. Thank you....
Lovin' this. More more pls!...
