“Ask the Devil when you meet him in hell.”
After that, he flicked his lighter and threw it on the ground.
Soon, smoke started to fill up the warehouse as the fire spread.
“Goodbye, Iris!”
Meanwhile, someone started to choke Ada just as she regained consciousness in the hospital.
“Where is Silvia?!”
She felt a shiver run down her spine when she met Neil’s cold eyes.
“Neil… Ach… What are you saying? I don’t know…”
“Ha!”
Neil laughed, but it sounded extremely cold and menacing.
“Ada, are you sure you don’t know?”
She shook her head in terror. “No… I really don’t… Neil, I don’t know how I ended up there either. It’s true…”
“Then you should die too!”
She saw the murderous intent in his eyes and felt his hand tightening around her neck. Right then, she started to panic. He was really going to kill her!
However, she could not admit that she knew anything. Otherwise, she would suffer a fate worse than death!
As her consciousness slowly faded away, her face turned an abnormal shade of purple. Her grip on Neil’s sleeve loosened as well.
Just when Ada thought that she was going to die, he suddenly let go of her.
Her lungs hurt when she gasped for air, and she coughed violently.
He quickly walked out as he panicked.
Curtis knew that if Neil did not see it for himself, he would not believe that Silvia was dead.
Unfortunately, Silvia was burned beyond recognition. If Neil saw her in that state, Curtis did not know how he would react to it.
“Mr. Remus, I’ll send you there!”
On the way, Neil remained quiet with a grim look on his face. His hands trembled slightly as he rested them against his knees.
He harbored hope as he reached the factory. However, he stumbled when he saw the blackened body that was badly burnt. He dared not take another step forward.
“Curtis, that’s not her. Get someone to remove the body!”
