“Silvia, come here quickly. Is that person at the door Neil’s secretary?”

Silvia walked up to the window and saw Curtis outside. He seemed to be holding something in his hand.

“I noticed him standing there when I woke up this morning.”

Silvia did not know what Neil was up to, so she frowned and said, “I’ll go out and take a look.”

When Curtis saw her, he hurriedly approached her. “Miss Pond, Mr. Remus asked me to deliver this.”

She looked at the container in his hand. It was from a well-known restaurant in Ryoln City. She used to enjoy the food there and often stood in line to get breakfast.

“Mr. Harrell, please take it back and tell him not to do such meaningless things in the future. We’re divorced, and I don’t want to be involved with him any further.”

Curtis looked troubled. “Miss Pond, it’d be better if you tell Mr. Remus yourself. I’m just his secretary.”

Silvia nodded and said, “Alright, I’ll follow you to Remus Corporation right now.”
