“Why do I need to call her? Didn’t you hear what she said about cutting ties with me?”

The servant remained quiet after that. She lowered her head expressionlessly as she listened to Mindy cursing Silvia out.

Mindy never liked Silvia. Ever since Silvia stopped tolerating her antics, Mindy had cursed her out very often. They were all used to it.

It was midnight when someone sneaked into her mansion.

A weird scent filled her bedroom, and she ended up inhaling some of it. She realized it after a while and immediately woke up.

Moonlight was shining in through the window. A figure was also sitting in the shadows on the couch next to her bed. The person’s cold eyes were fixed on her.

“Who are you?”

Silvia stared warily at the other person. She was ready to attack at any moment.

The person chuckled and slowly stood up. Gradually, his face appeared before her.

It was Liam!
