Mr. Remus, Your Billionaire Wife Wants a Divorce novel Chapter 583

Jane acted as if she did not know about Silvia and Neil’s history. She smiled and said, “Miss Reed, Miss Pond, what a coincidence to find you both dining here tonight!”

“Yeah,” Dulcie replied coldly.

Jane held Neil’s hand and happily said, “We just returned from the Egean Sea and heard about this new restaurant. Neil knows that I enjoy steak, so he brought me here to try it.”

Hearing her boastful tone, Dulcie rolled her eyes.

“Miss Leighton, we’re not done with our meal.”

She was indirectly telling her to leave.

Jane nodded and said apologetically, “Alright. Let’s chat another time.”

Throughout their interaction, Silvia never once looked at Neil or Jane. Her calm demeanor made it seem as if they were strangers.

Neil did not spare her a glance either. He then left with Jane.

As Dulcie watched them walk away, she cut her steak and angrily said, “What a jerk! He was never this considerate when you two were a couple!”

Silvia glanced at Dulcie’s ruined steak and sighed. “You just ruined a perfectly good piece of steak.”

Dulcie glared at her and grumbled, “Does it even matter?! That jerk is infuriating! I don’t think even shopping will make me happy anymore!”

Silvia laughed. “I haven’t said a word yet. You’re more upset than I am.”

“Aren’t you angry at all?”

“What’s there to be angry about? He’s not cheating on me. After the breakup, he can date whoever he wants, and honestly, I got together with Ryan first.”

“You’re not dating Ryan for real! How is it the same?!” Dulcie slammed her knife and fork on the table. “I’m not eating anymore. I’ve lost my appetite!”

Jane nodded. “I know. I think a good ex should disappear from his life. What do you think, Miss Pond?”

Silvia’s expression turned cold. “You want me to leave Ryoln City?”

“Oh, no. That’s not what I meant. I just hope that the next time you see me and Neil, you’ll choose to stay away. I don’t want to run into people I’d rather not see.”

Jane appeared full of pride. It was clear that she grew up spoiled and rarely faced any setbacks.

“Miss Leighton, I don’t see any reason why I should avoid you. If you truly don’t want to see me, I suggest that you close your eyes. That way, you won’t have to look at me ever again.”

Silvia turned and took a few steps forward, only to notice a tall figure standing in the corner. She did not know when he had arrived or how much he had overheard.

She paused for a moment and briskly walked away in a composed manner.
