After Silvia said that, she felt Neil’s expression turn gloomy.

“What’s wrong?”

“If you really like Elm Bay, I can buy you a mansion there. I don’t want you to live in another man’s mansion,” he said firmly.

Silvia raised her eyebrows in surprise. After she contemplated for a few seconds, she decided to tell him the truth.

“Actually, the mansion in Elm Bay is mine.”

Neil frowned. “I asked Curtis to look into it, and he found that the mansion is under Chris’s name.”

“There must have been a mistake somewhere. Besides, I wanted to divorce you back then, so I didn’t explain things.”

“But why are you explaining today?”
