Chapter 28
Chapter 28
Bianca warned, “Jennie, you better keep an eye on your sister. You’ve been out of the country for years, and who knows what she’s been up to behind your back? Be careful, or the might just steal Declan from you.”
Bianca had no idea that Phoebe was actually married to Decian. In her mind, Jennifer and Declan were meant to be together. So when she saw them in the bar, her first instinct was to assume that Phoebe was secretly seducing Declan behind Jennifer’s back.
Jennifer forced a smile and said in a casual tone, “Hon, that video doesn’t prove anything. Maybe Pheebs ran into some trouble at the bar, and Deck was just helping her out for my sake
Bianca sighed, shaking her head. “Jennie, you don’t know the half of it. That night, Phoebe paid a male host and even fed him fruit in front of everyone. I could barely watch that scene. You’re not still thinking she’s some innocent little angel, are you?
Jennifer was silent for a few seconds before replying. “Do you have proof she got a male host?”
“I didn’t record it, but the club’s security cameras definitely did,” Bianca answered.
Jennifer didn’t respond, her mind spinning. Bianca suddenly leaned in with a sly glint in her eye and suggested, Jennie, I just thought of a perfect way to deal with her.”
Jennifer looked at her with confusion. “What is it?”
Bianca lowered her voice and whispered a few words into Jennifer’s ear. Jennifer hesitated, her expression uncertain. “Isn’t that… a bit too much?”
“Too much? Come on, this is nothing. It’s decided. Leave everything to me.”
“But-”
Bianca frowned, clearly annoyed. “No buts. Just trust me on this.”
Jennifer pretended to hesitate for a moment before nodding. “Alright, if you insist.”
They continued shopping, but Jennifer’s mind was already working on how to refine Bianca’s little plan to make it even more effective.
‘Phoebe, you stubborn bitch,’ she thought. ‘If you won’t step aside willingly and give Deck back to me, I’ll just have to handle it myself.
Meanwhile, Phoebe got up and went directly to her office.
Cora dropped off a stack of files along with an invitation and said, “The Greene family sent this. They want you to attend your grandpa’s birthday party.”
Seeing the teasing look in Cora’s eyes, Phoebe replied indifferently, “You must have way too much free time to mention this
to me.”
Cora chuckled with a wink and placed the invitation on the desk. “I’m just curious if they ever find out you’re actually Anna, the founder of Miracle Youth, do you think they’ll regret the way they’ve treated you?”
Cora had witnessed firsthand just how blatantly Liam and Olivia favored Jennifer over Phoebe. She’d once even felt sorry for
Phoebe.

Chapter 28
Then, after her own family went bankrupt and she applied for a job at Miracle Youth, Cora walked into the interview toonG and saw Phoebe sitting at the center with a nameplate that read CEO, That was when Cora realized the should’ve been feeling sorry for herself instead.
Phoebe glanced at Cora and snapped, “Are you really so bored?”
Cora said with a smirk, “Babe, why don’t you go to the party with me? And then, right in the middle of the party. announce that you’re the CEO of Miracle Youth. I’d love to see the reaction of your family, especially the look on your dea sister’s face.”
“Sorry, I’m going with Declan,” replied Pheobe.
Cora’s eyes widened in shock as she said, “I thought you two were getting divorced. Why the hell are you still showing up together?”
Phoebe’s expression flickered with some annoyance as she replied, “Some complications came up. It’s not finalized yet? Cora gave her a long, scrutinizing look and asked, “Don’t tell me you’re having second thoughts.”
Before Phoebe could respond, her phone suddenly rang. Seeing the shop manager Marlyn Bushnell’s name on the screen. Phoebe frowned slightly.
As soon as she answered, Marlyn’s panicked voice came through. “Ms. Greene, one of our new employees accidentally put Heart’s Whisper on display. A customer saw it and is offering double the price to buy it.”
