This also gave Victor and Skylar a chance to fix up their house.

Victor and Skylar gathered several loads of thatch and spent over two hours thatching the roof properly.

Then they fixed the broken windows and divided the cleaning tasks. They scrubbed every corner of the house, inside and out, until everything was spotless.

The once ramshackle house now looked considerably tidier, at least livable now.

Exhausted after all the cleaning, Victor and Skylar just made a simple dinner and went to bed early.

Early the next morning, the cameras started rolling.

The production team assigned a different guest each morning to wake everyone up, and today it was Elianna’s turn.

Elianna recorded while walking. “Hey guys, my mission today is to give everyone a wake–up call and then have them all meet at my place to collect today’s assignment cards.

“Alright guys, now I’m heading to Mr. Yates‘ place. Since his team came in last, their house isn’t exactly the best. I wonder if the new guest is adjusting well to the living conditions.”

[Who’s the new guest? What’s her background?]

[Last time, it was the heiress from the richest family. Who will it be this time?]

[Whoever she is, have some dignity. Stop throwing herself at every man she sees. The last one was an heiress, but even she had zero boundaries. She always clung to Caden.]

Elianna glanced at the live comments, a faint smirk on her lips. “Honestly, I don’t really know who she is either. Let’s have her introduce herself later.”

Elianna stood outside the newly thatched hut, her eyes betraying a flash of disdain as she surveyed the renovations.

Elianna, with condescending grace, tapped twice on the door and called out, “Mr. Yates, are you awake?”

After calling out repeatedly with no response, Elianna started to lose her patience.

Elianna scoffed inwardly, ‘What the hell? Does he really think he’s all that just because he’s a movie star?

‘What a nobody. He has no connections or backing. If I wanted him gone, I could make it happen in a second.‘

Elianna deliberately put on a dejected look for the viewers and sighed dramatically, “Well, looks like I can’t wake him up. We’re on a tight schedule, so I’ll have to move on to the next house.”

[How could he not be up? Caden never sleeps in. He should’ve been awake by now, right?]

Victor’s fans were still defending him, but the haters jumped at the chance to stir up drama.

[A guy and a girl are alone together. Did Caden getseduced in there?]

[Stop your nonsense. Caden will never do that.]

“Mr. Yates won’t do that, but who knows about the other one?” Elianna deliberately steered the comments in a suggestive direction.

Just as she turned around, Elianna came face–to–face with Victor and Skylar, fresh from their morning jog.

They happened to catch her last remark. They never thought that just going for a morning run could get them caught up in such ridiculous rumors,

Elianna was warned by Freya that Skylar was coming, but getting caught badmouthing her was still super embarrassing.

“I have to go. I still have assignments to finish,” Elianna said hastily.

Victor frowned and stopped her, “Ms. Stone, aren’t you going to apologize?”
