Fleeing the Nightmarish Father novel Chapter 106

Hissing, I was glaring at Helder whose laugh echoed in the secluded place, having no effect of the beating he received.

He had become unbothered by pain, he didn’t care.

“Hitting me won’t satisfy you…”

“Motherfucker! Why did you lay your hands on my respect!? If you had troubles with us then you should have come to me!” I yelled, completely furious when he made Saafia sleep with him and moreover chained Jacey until it threw her in depression.

He was hell bent on ruining my life.

And for what? For crimes I never committed?

“Ah, did it hurt you to find your sister in pain?” He chuckled, testing my patience with his playfulness.

He didn’t tremble before ordering his damn assistant to agonize my sister this terribly.

Lowering his head more, he gritted his teeth.

“Think how I must have felt when she had hurt me and called me a mistake over and over again!”

“Because you were,” I scowled, done with his resentment which caused Jacey to suffer so badly.

“Do whatever you want. Nothing can save your smear respect, Dariel.”

He declared and back then I had no idea how far and low he was going to stoop only for my misery.

“What… Do you mean?”

I had no idea he was going to use the situation to his advantage and disgrace Saafia. He went too far on the path of vengeance.

He would do anything to ruin me.

“I ensured you won’t get out of the prison but that damn Jared ruined my plan. If you hadn’t come, I would have blackmailed Saafia until she would leave you and come to me.” He told his initial malicious plan.

The idea of how badly he would have blackmailed her and how depression it would give her made me shiver.

“What? How low could you possibly fall, Helder?” I asked in pure repulsion.

He wanted to break what I adored the most.

His jaw clenched, refusing to settle down a years old grudge.

“Then you would have realized how it feels when the ones you were supposed to call ‘yours’ leave you for someone else just like Tilda did.” He hissed.

Infinite abhorrence gleaming in his eyes to indicate he won’t return from the path he had chosen.

“You have gone blind in hatred.”

“Yes, I have!” He yelled.

Disturbed at his level of hatred, I was speechless. He was furious for a secret I never knew.

Breaking into a hysterical smile. Losing his breaths, he tilted his head, “She is absolutely beautiful, no doubt, all of her inches-”

“Shut up!”

But that won’t give him the right to utter anything about my wife. Hissing, I punched him, drawing blood from his nose.

“Hit me all you want, nothing can change the fact that your wife was found with me, with or without her consent,”

Hit him again and again until his blood splashed on my shirt and my knuckles got bruises. Breathless, growling, those made me absolutely lose my mind.

“Boss, boss,”

The guard came, stopping me but I pushed them away.

Unable to keep my emotions at bay when he hit my sensitive spots one after another.

“Can’t you hear what he is saying!?” I shouted.

Anger bursted by the imagination of him seeing the body of MY woman, making her wear his disgusting clothes.

That was unforgivable!

“You know what? I even have pictures of her, she is so innocent, so angelic while being conscious.”

“Asshole!”

Holding a grudge for being rejected by Mama was one thing but toying with Saafia’s integrity was a whole nother matter.

HIssing in pain, I ran my hand through my hair, ruffling them, causing them to fall on my forehead with anger being stacked.

All those words of forgiveness and becoming better were fading.

He picked a fight himself to punish us for what Mama did.

I came only to receive a smirk from Helder whose fetters were opened, freeing him.

“What? Got tired already?” He suppressed a chuckle, challenging my patience.

Inhaling sharply, I returned the same malicious smirk.

“Don’t worry, I will keep my man with your fucking Father too.”

His smirk faded when I stood before him dominantly, setting his collar to threaten him too.

“Open your mouth about me and I will take this hatred to a whole new level, Helder.”

His jaw clenched, glaring at me outrageously but he started that ancient war. He placed the blame of what happened to him on us.

“You will regret it.” He hissed.

“I won’t. No compromise on respect, Helder. Take my name and I won’t drown alone, I would take all of us along,”

Suppressing a malevolent chuckle, I moved back, waving my hand in the air to gesture to my men so they could throw him out of my sight.

“Then all of us will be disgraced together. You wouldn’t want me to bring your neglected childhood’s story to his world, didn’t you?”

He scowled when they held him, taking him. We both had a glaring competition, refusing to back away as he snarled.

“Fuck you, Dariel Cannedy,”

Becoming serious, I replied in the same tone. “You too, Helder Cannedy,”

He was wrong if he thought I would forgive him after destroying my Saafia’s name, after hurting Jacey.

When he was out of my sight, I sighed in disappointment, pinching the bridge of my nose.

‘Where the hell did your one mistake take us, Mama…? What have you done!?’
