Several months have passed uneventfully. My men dote on my like I’m a real queen. The plans for our wedding are set for next year and our children are due to arrive into this world any day now. Today is the baby shower both Mamma and Madre have organized for me at a really nice event hall across the city, and getting dressed and ready at this size is a real pain in my ass.Thankfully like every other day for the past few months my men help me shower and dress, even going as far as doing my hair. They don’t want me lifting a single finger and I’m not complaining.

“Here, let me help you, angel“, Luciano takes my shoes and helps put them on my feet.

“Thankyou”

“We’ll be here waiting for you once you’re finished honey, but don’t be afraid to let everyone know if you need to come home early.” Tony says as he helps me stand from the bed.

“I will be okay.” I give him a reassuring smile.

“Let’s get you to the car before the girls barge in here“, Luca takes my hand and helps me waddle downstairs where Candy, Susie and Stacy are waiting.

“Oh my goddddd!” Candy’s excited squeal hits my ears as we start down the stairs.

“You look so beautiful!”

I chuckle at her excitement.

“How are my nieces and nephews?” Stacy comes to rub my belly.

“They are heavy“, I laugh out.

“We’ve got a half an hour drive to the venue, so if you need to pee, do it now“, Stacy warns me.

“I’ll be fine. I think.”

Jeremy, Hays and Michael are assigned to lead the protection detail for today, just like any other day I leave the house we have a line of cars and guards to keep the children and I safe.

“Look after her, ladies.” Luciano kisses me on the cheek before Luca and Tony do the same and we make our way to the cars. I wave goodbye to my men, blowing kisses out the window as they watch us leave. They’re going to be amazing Dads. The car starts down the drive and we settle into a light conversation between the three of us. We’re laughing and joking about how the triplets will give us all hell

The car is headed into a tunnel in the mountain when I hear the driver say, “What the…” I feel the effects long before I hear the sound. There’s an explosion that blows the car sideways, rolling and tumbling. The walls of the tunnel crumble and large chunks of stone hit the car and the road around us. The sound of the blast and then crunching and screeching of metal along with the screams of my friends are all I can hear. My body slams into the side of the car, Stacy who was sitting in the middle next to me has her whole body wrapped around my stomach as the car comes to a screeching halt upside down. I’m dazed and confused, pulling my hand from my head I see it covered in blood.

“Ugh, Stacy…” I say as her body goes limp, hanging from the seat belt.

Chapter 107

“Candy? Susie?” I look over at the girls who are all out cold, hanging upside down with me, blood dripping from multiple cuts across their bodies. I reach for my seatbelt, but it’s Jammed. The crunching metal sounds again and the door to the car is ripped off.

“Hello darling.” Alexander’s stupid smug face leans in. He holds a knife that’s already covered in blood and cuts the seat belt, my body drops to the roof and an ungodly pain shoots through my stomach.

“Ahhhhhhh!”

“Shhhh, shhhh, it’s okay. I’m here.”

He pulls me under my shoulders from the car on my back, the asphalt tearing at my skin. He pulls me to my feet and a gush of liquid drops from my vagina. My waters. Fuck!

“No no no no!” I scream. Alexander smirks evilly.

“Oh good, I was right on time for the baby’s arrival.” He drags me away from the wreck to an awaiting car.
