Luciano
It’s only been around twenty minutes since the girls left the house when I get a call from Hays.
“Hello?”
“Don! There was an explosion in the tunnels. It cut off all the cars but Donna’s. We’ve already turned around to take the alternate route. We heard a gun shot. I think it’s Alexander.”
“FUCK!”
“What?!” Tony and Luca say together, already out of their chairs. I switch the phone to loudspeaker and make a text to the tech team to get in here immediately.
“There was an explosion in the tunnel that cut the guards off from Ariana.”
“Fuck!” “No!” They’re just as livid as I am.
“I need that tracking information, Don.” Hays says.
“Tech teams coming, give me a minute.” The guy’s rush into the office with their gear, one of them already has his laptop open and sets it in front of me. “Send this to Hays immediately.” After our last run in with Alexander we had all agreed to put trackers in our engagement rings. Thank fuck for that.
“Luca, call Matteo in here, now!” Matteo is the only one I fully trust to run things when shit goes down.
“Tony..” “I’m already on it, the guys are headed to the cars to follow us. Let’s get our fucking girl.” Luca, Tony and I are already headed out the door with one of the tech guys and his laptop. We’re not wasting a single second getting Ariana.
Alexander will die today.
Ariana.
The door to the car opens and Susie is pulled out by her hair screaming. I’m next and Alexander doesn’t seem to give a fuck that I’m in labour because he’s just as rough.
“Once this thing is out of you, we can get to working on me breeding you. Just like it should have been. Then you’ll be punished for being a little whore and opening your legs for those boys.”
“Bring them inside!” He barks at the guards and storms in before us. It’s nothing like the last house he had. This one is just a rundown shack in the middle of nowhere. We took a long dirt road to get here, and I hadn’t seen any signs of life for
the last thirty minutes or so.
“I’m sorry, miss…” One of the guards approaches me, helping me off the ground. I look up at the older man. His eyes are kind but the rest of him screams lethal. Huge muscles, long grey beard, bald head and tattoos. Those eyes though, there’s something about them. “You need to help me, please. I can’t have my babies here.” I whisper back.
“I’m going to do what I can.”
