Chapter 7
Behind the bedroom door, Arabella’s heart was pounding.
Did he really stay here?
Is what we talked about yesterday, living together as a family in the future, true?
Did her dream last more than a moment?
“Dad made breakfast for you.”
Outside, there was a clamor of pots, bowls, ladles, and basins.
Accompanied by Daisy’s giggles and laughter,
The father and daughter made a chaotic breakfast.
“Go wake up Mom.”
Arabella woke up from a deep sleep, quickly ruffled her messy hair, and pretended to just wake up.
The prince and designated heir of Pinnacle Group, at this moment, was at a loss. “Don’t you like it?”
The parents present couldn’t wait to speak up for her, “That’s right, all these things belong to Mr. Hansen. Mrs. Hansen
smashed her own husband’s belongings; does she still need to compensate others?”
The breakfast didn’t look appealing, but it didn’t stop Daisy from considering it a feast.
Having finished eating in one gulp, she couldn’t wait to ask, “What does Dad want me to help with?”
Zackary didn’t eat much, and almost as soon as Daisy put down her knife and fork, he also put his down.
Carefully considering the words and phrases, “Do you remember Rosa?”
“Remembered.”
“Rosa had a very rare disease and needed a Bone Marrow Transplantation. You were screened and found to be a match
for her.”
Bone marrow transplantation, involving life, he said it so casually.
Bang-
Arabella’s dream shattered into pieces.
Zackary pursed his lips and explained, “It may not necessarily match, it was a suggestion from the hospital…”
“Zackary, are you now taking our daughter’s life to please another woman?”
Arabella snapped back to reality and interrupted him word by word.
His Adam’s apple bobbed as he explained unconvincingly, “No, what I meant was…”

“Okay, I did it.”
Daisy agreed decisively.
“What?! Daisy, do you know what you agreed to!”
Arabella was the first one to disagree, voicing her opposition.
And Zackary, filled with joy, got up and, for the first time, embraced her and planted a kiss on her cheek.
“It was indeed Dad’s good Daisy.”
He hurriedly left without saying “I’ll come pick you up later.”
As for Arabella’s wishes, he didn’t care.
Arabella, who never used to speak loudly to children, made an exception for the first time.
“Daisy! Are you crazy?”
The next day, passers-by stopped at the entrance of Pinnacle Group, and Gina stood at the door, tears streaming down her
face. “Zackary, I made a mistake, you can punish me, but the child is innocent. You are the only one who can help me
now.”
One sentence quelled all of Arabella’s anger.
The unexpressed anger turned into deep heartache.
What kind of ability and courage did Zackary have to gamble his daughter’s life?
Arabella gritted her teeth, and her eyes glinted with determination, “Mom, I will take you away today, regardless of them.”
The new manager became even more clueless. “Um… I am not aware of Ms. Reid’s resignation.”
Arabella could certainly take her away by force.
But there was also the resentment of my daughter to face for the rest of my life.
She made a mistake once and didn’t want to make a second one.
The man remained silent and got up straight from the table, leaving a business card on it. “I live approximately five
kilometers away.”
Daisy nodded.
Three days later, Central Hospital.
The small body was pushed into various instruments.
The thin and weak arms had to draw so much blood.
