Unmasking Mrs. Newton's Secret Identities novel Chapter 1505

Thanks to his unyielding demeanor, Jenson successfully managed to stick around.

The car ride was quiet, each minute stretching into an awkward silence.

As soon as they arrived at the office, Germaine was immediately surrounded by her assistant and employees.

"Ms. Lloyd, could you please sign this document?"

"There's a meeting in 15 minutes."

"The revised project plan has been sent to your inbox; I'd like to discuss a few details in person. Also—"

"Stop," Germaine interrupted, her eyes landing on Jenson and Cody at the entrance, both wearing expressions of boredom.

"You," Germaine said, raising an eyebrow at them.

"Me?" Jenson asked, pointing at himself with an innocent expression.

"Yes," Germaine replied curtly. "Keep an eye on Cody. You're excused from the meeting."

As Jenson was about to argue that he wasn't lacking ambition, Germaine cut him off. Without giving him a chance to respond, she walked into the office with her entourage.

The heavy door closed behind her, separating them into two distinct worlds—much like the current state of their relationship.

On the surface, everything appeared calm, but beneath it lay an invisible wall that felt impossible to breach.

The thought left Jenson feeling dejected, and he couldn't help but sigh.

"Deal!" Cody exclaimed, his face lighting up with excitement. "For my first wish, I want to meet the world's most powerful hacker, Hexa!"

"Hexa?" Jenson blinked in surprise. "Why on earth do you want to meet a hacker, you little rascal?"

"That's none of your business!" Cody shot back. "You promised I could ask for anything! Are you saying you can't make it happen? If you're trying to trick me, I'll tell Aunt Germaine!"

"Come on, you little troublemaker. Are you really going to betray me like that?" Jenson replied, exasperation creeping into his expression.

This kid was definitely Germaine's nephew—just as difficult to handle.

"You said it yourself—Hexa is a top-tier hacker, elusive and hard to find. It's going to take some effort, but I'll do my best to track him down, alright?" Jenson proposed, hoping to strike a compromise.

"Fine! But you also have to buy me the latest game console first!" Cody shot back, determined not to miss out on a good deal.
