However, they soon stopped since their hands were covered in mud, which would leave a mud print on Xena’s clothes.

Tears welled up in Xena’s eyes, and she looked pitiful.

“What are you two doing?” she asked.

Ryan and Zion also felt awkward. They were digging potatoes and didn’t expect Xena to suddenly appear.

Thinking about it, the duo subconsciously wanted to continue digging until they saw Jackson had already started moving the potatoes. Only then did they stop and breathed a sigh of relief.

“We’re sorry, Xena.” Zion apologized. “We didn’t do it on purpose. We didn’t expect you to suddenly touch us.”

Xena stiffened and looked at Zion in disbelief. “Are you blaming me right now?”

Zion frowned and replied, “That’s not it. Let me see if you got hurt anywhere.”

Xena immediately swatted his hand away and said, “I know I’m in the way. I’ll leave now!”

Then, she stormed away.

[Ryan and Zion treated their sister like this. Hurry up andapologize!]

“I’m going after her,” she said anxiously.

Before Ryan and Zion could respond, Emily ran after Xena.

Only then did Ryan and Zion notice Emily. However, they frowned upon seeing her.

They wondered if Emily hadn’t dug up a single potato and was planning to freeload off them again.

However, they had no time to worry about Emily now.

‘Let’s quickly move the potatoes!‘ Ryan said in frustration.

Jackson had already moved a lot; they couldn’t lose to him, especially in front of Janie!

“So?” Janie cut her off impatiently. “Is finding me helpful? Will she stop crying if I say something? If not, please stop bothering me.”

[Poor Xena. I thought Ryan and Zion like to act as a loving brother. Are potatoes more important than their sister?]

[Of course. They didn’t do anything wrong either. The potatoes are part of their tasks. It is to ensure they can have a proper meal. That’s professionalism for the sake of the program!]

[Janie is so cold–hearted. No matter how beautiful she is, I still don’t like her.]

On the other hand, Janie continued, “It’s none of my business that she’s crying. If you want to comfort her, do it yourself. If not, go and dig some potatoes. If I’m not mistaken, you haven’t dug a single potato, right?”

Hearing her words, Emily froze on the spot.

She didn’t expect Janie to bring up this issue.
