Emily and Molly looked at them with a hint of envy,

Jason wore a friendly smile.

Janie was already starting to feel drowsy. ‘Why are we still at it?‘ she thought.

Jackson found the scene before him nauseating. He glanced at Janie with concern. He knew she didn’t care about the Jenkins family, but still…

He understood how deeply Janie valued her personal feelings. Seeing her completely unfazed, even a bit sleepy, made him relax. He then turned his focus back to disdain the Jenkins siblings.

The Jenkins siblings were still being affectionate.

“Not exactly. Ethan cares about you the most,” Zion said.

He couldn’t help but glance at Janie, only to find her not showing the reaction he hoped for–she didn’t even look at him. He gritted his teeth in frustration.

Xena appeared both happy and shy.

Ryan decided it was time to steer things in a different direction and said, “Alright, let’s say hello to everyone.”

Xena quickly chimed in, “Right, they are all from the production team, and we need to say hello to our audience too!”

Zion’s gaze was fixed on Janie. Five years had passed, and she looked more beautiful and elegant than ever.

He felt as if she were looking at him like a stranger. No, she didn’t even glance at him. It was as if he were invisible.

Zion smiled at the camera. “Hello, everyone, I’m Zion Jenkins, Xena’s twin brother.”

[Wow, Zion is so handsome. All the Jenkins family members are so good–looking. I wanna kiss him! If only Ryan were here too. Life is so unfair. Why am I not as lucky as Xena? Ugh! I’m tired of being envious already.]

Jackson felt even more nauseated. He found the Jenkins siblings had no shame, spinning lies that turned his stomach.

Of course, Janie wasn’t one of them in his mind. He believed that she must be a rare gem among them, a genetic miracle.

Zion then turned to the guests.

Jason quickly stood up, extending his hand to Zion with a smile. “Hello, Mr. Jenkins. I’m Jason Huxley, an actor and a friend

of Xena’s.”

Zion wasn’t fond of him, but upon hearing he was a friend of Xena’s, he shook his hand anyway.

Jackson and David were speechless.

Molly also greeted Zion.

Janie, Jackson, and David stood frozen like statues.

Though Janie didn’t say it outright, David knew that her relationship with the Jenkins family must be pretty rocky

They remained silent, and the usually confident Zion also didn’t start a conversation.

The tension in the air grew thick.

Zion’s expression softened slightly as he looked at David and said, “Hello”

The atmosphere grew awkward again.
