Chapter 611 -611: Harvey Bolt, Body Destroyed
Looking at the barrier in front, connected to his spiritual power, Ashton Todd’s face showed a hint of stolen satisfaction.
“Did it work?!”
Beside him, Stella Gibson controlled six living corpses to block other approaching living corpses, and without turning her head, asked Ashton Todd.
“Of course,” Ashton Todd replied confidently,
“And I just discovered that the barrier in this village wasn’t actually set by Nolan Snyder; he probably stole someone else’s powerful array.”
Otherwise, he wouldn’t have been able to make the barrier “his own” so quickly.
Ashton Todd was sighing in admiration,
“The person who originally set up the array must have been a formidable figure, I definitely need to study it thoroughly later.”
Stella Gibson, gritting her teeth while listening to his chatter, finally couldn’t hold back and shouted at him,
“If it’s done, then hurry and help me! I can barely hold on!”
“Hold on for one more minute, I’m resting.”
Stealing someone else’s array is exhausting, alright?
…
West of the village, warehouse.
Nolan Snyder found that he couldn’t open the village barrier, his face became very grim, and he glared at Scarlett Jennings,
“Did you do something to my barrier?!”
Scarlett Jennings didn’t have time to deal with him.
Knowing he’d lost control of the barrier, she guessed Ashton Todd had succeeded and focused on dealing with the half-formed Undying Bone before her.
Soon she realized that although this Undying Bone was aggressive, several times when its nails were about to scratch her, he forcibly withdrew them.
He was like a contradictory entity, zombie instincts driving him to destroy everything moving in front of him, yet the residual consciousness within told him not to harm.
Scarlett Jennings slammed the Peach Wood Sword onto him, naturally countering the wicked creatures, as sparks flew with a crackling sound, making the apparition retreat instinctively but soon advancing again.
Nolan Snyder watched the two, human and undead, going back and forth, neither hurting the other, and frowned deeply again.
Seeing Scarlett Jennings not even giving him a glance, he simply took out a Soul-locking Talisman.
After her previous interference, Scarlett Jennings had almost destroyed all his black mist. He intended to extract her soul and forge it into a new black mist to control!
The Soul-locking Talisman flew directly toward her back while Scarlett Jennings was busy grappling with the apparition.
Scarlett Jennings sensed it but in dealing with the Undying Bone, she was too occupied to react.
Just as the Soul-locking Talisman was about to attach to her back, a figure quickly rushed from the doorway, a long whip sliced through the air with a snap, splitting the talisman in two.
The whip broke the talisman and swiftly flew from behind Scarlett Jennings, wrapping around the apparition’s neck.
“Friend Scarlett! I’m here to help you!”
It was Thomas Snyder, who had arrived in time.
Although he usually seemed gentle, when he took action, he was decisive, especially when he faced this foul and tainted half-formed Undying Bone, he was uncharacteristically stern.
Looking down, seeing the two halves of the talisman on the ground, Thomas frowned and looked at Nolan Snyder.
“Why do you have the Snyder Clan’s Soul-locking Talisman?!”
Hearing Snyder Clan, Scarlett Jennings’s ear made a slight movement.
Thomas Snyder, surprisingly with the surname Snyder?
Snyder Clan, Nolan Snyder, what is the connection between the two?
Nolan Snyder, hearing him mention Snyder Clan, squinted his eyes, a dangerous look in his eyes,
“Are you from the Snyder Clan?… Great, to encounter someone from the Snyder Clan here, it’s destined that you all will leave your lives here for me today!”
As he spoke, a crazed glint flashed in his eyes, and he again cut his wrist, quickly drawing a sinister array on the ground with his blood.
