Daphne patted Arthur's head. "Why would Mr. Ramsey lie to you?"
"If you can receive Mr. Ramsey's guidance, you'll be able to defeat your sister—and even more of those so-called elite."
Arthur turned to Robin, his eyes filled with doubt.
Robin nodded. "Do you dare to prove yourself in front of those self-proclaimed noble geniuses?
"If you have the courage, I can begin guiding you right now. As for worthless trash like Jaxon, you could defeat him in less than three moves."
Arthur looked up at the elites who had already reached the mountain peak. A flash of fiery determination appeared in his previously dull eyes before quickly fading again.
"They ... they all come from powerful backgrounds. The innate resources they were born with far exceed anything available to people like us. How ... how could I possibly compare to them?"
"Are kings and nobles born great?" Robin chuckled lightly.
"Every man must stand tall or kneel forever—the choice defines him."
Arthur suddenly trembled as if struck by lightning.
A dazzling light instantly appeared in his eyes.
Robin opened his palm, revealing a vibrantly red Bloodshade Fruit that glistened as if dripping with nectar.
Arthur nearly cried out in shock.
Fortunately, at this moment everyone's attention remained fixed on the gathering of young elites at the mountain peak.
Not a single person noticed this incomparably precious fruit.
Otherwise, it would have certainly caused an uproar.
Robin said, "Swallow this—by day's end, you'll see how those elites' vaunted talents vanish like morning dew!"
Arthur's heart pounded violently in his chest.
He could clearly feel the flames of heroism being kindled within him by Robin's words.
With trembling hands, he accepted the Bloodshade Fruit and swallowed it whole.
Instantly, the blood in his veins surged like a raging torrent, wildly coursing through his body!
All his former fears and obsessions completely vanished in this moment.
The once calm and reserved boy's heart now stirred with restless ambition.
He planted his foot firmly against the earth and tilted his head back to gaze at the boundless sky.
With the shackles in his heart broken, the entire world now seemed within his grasp.
Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh ...
A sudden gale swept through!
An enormous black serpentine beast descended gracefully from the skies.
Upon the beast's back stood a black-robed man in a proud stance, flanked by nearly a hundred attendants and guards.
"Wait—I thought riding exotic beasts up the mountain was forbidden?" Daphne muttered. "How does he get special privileges?"
Arthur shook his head. "That's Alessia—imperial royalty. The rules don't apply to people like him."
As they spoke, screams erupted around the mountaintop.
The crowd was losing their minds like fans from Earthend seeing their idol—completely brainless hysteria.
"Ah! Look, it's Alessia!"
"I'm finally seeing Alessia in person!"
"I am a huge fan!"
"I'd trade 20 years of my life just for his autograph!"
One woman fell to her knees weeping, then collapsed foaming at the mouth and twitching violently.
The scene was full of such ridiculous behavior—some screaming, some crying, others flopping around like fish out of water.
Robin chuckled. "Every world has its share of these rabid fanatics."
His gaze shifted to Hacyon, who stood equally entranced.
Her eyes glazed over, body rigid, cheeks burning crimson. Her lips parted slightly as she murmured, "Alessia ... the undisputed king of Netheris Domain's younger generation ... so devastatingly handsome ... "
The black serpentine beast landed on the Mount Netheris arena, kicking up a sandstorm.
Holy shit!
Is this guy insane?
