The Deadly Assassin Robin novel Chapter 1188

Ricardo, the Special Minister of Security for the International Strategic Intelligence Agency, slammed his fist onto the table.

"Alan, you're nothing but a coward!

"Are you suggesting you're willing to back down?

"The so-called warnings from Draconia are nothing but empty threats!

"When this all plays out, we'll hear nothing but weak protests and condemnations—things that won't have any real effect!

"Those who only know how to shout hollow threats have no power!"

Alan's tone was icy and controlled. "Ricardo, I'm asking you to show some respect and caution!

"They may seem quiet, but they're a sleeping lion, not an ant that can be squashed without thought!

"If you provoke them, their revenge will be so brutal that it could ruin everything!

"Bombing Snow Valley is an incredibly risky move.

"The National Security Special Operations Center is playing with the lives of billions!

"Let's not forget that the Lords of the Eight Great Royal Houses of Draconia—the very ones who defeated the coalition forces years ago—are still alive.

"They've been holding back for the greater good, but now things have changed!

"This time, their grandchildren are in Snow Valley!

"Divine Drakebane is no ordinary person—he's a descendant of Dragon Lord, the leader of the Eight Royal Houses!

"If you destroy their third-generation heirs, those ancient warriors will stop at nothing to seek revenge!"

Ricardo let out a dark chuckle. "Divine Drakebane has already shaken up the global balance, and more importantly, he's challenged our authority.

"His very presence is a disaster waiting to happen!

"Now is the perfect time to kill him.

"If you hesitate or are too scared to act, and you let this chance slip away, you'll be sitting on a ticking time bomb, and you'll regret it deeply.

"Don't forget: Divine Drakebane controls the superweapons.

"If this madman loses control, he could wipe out the entire world.

"We can ignore Draconia's warnings—they've always been just warnings.

"They have no right to interfere with what we do in Snow Valley!"

Just then, Pierre stormed into the room, his face red with fury. "General Ricardo, you're playing with fire!

"Divine Drakebane is after the killers from Dragon Manor from 20 years ago.

"Based on what I know about him, he would never target innocent outsiders who have no involvement in this.

"Unless, of course, you have something to hide!"

Alan gave a nonchalant shrug. "General Pierre, please calm down. The order is in my hands, and no one else has the authority to make it happen! Personally, I believe the world needs Divine Drakebane!"

Ricardo shot back, "I have every right to make my own judgment on the security center's orders.

"I will go directly to the higher-ups and request permission to eliminate Divine Drakebane and all other dangerous individuals in Snow Valley!"

Pierre responded with cold disdain, "Ricardo, you're risking everything we've worked for!"

Before Pierre could say more, Ricardo barked, "Neutralize Pierre and Alan!"

Ten special forces soldiers stormed into the room and quickly restrained Pierre and Alan.

The HexaPoint Tower global strategy conference room went completely silent.

Ricardo looked around at the stunned generals. "Gentlemen, I will officially submit this for approval from the higher-ups.

"If we allow dangerous individuals like Divine Drakebane to run rampant, it will lead to the downfall of humanity!"

As the debate continued fiercely at HexaPoint Tower, a much darker plot was being set in motion at a church on Rouves Island, Marinaverdin.

Caym, the Dark Lord of the Dark Syndicate, let out a chilling laugh after hearing the news about Snow Valley.

"These idiots have finally gathered in Snow Valley!"

The high priest, Moshe, added, "Dark Lord, the Draconia Foreign Affairs Department has rarely issued such a strong warning.
