The Deadly Assassin Robin novel Chapter 1163

The crowd gathered in front of the airport entrance quickly scattered to the sides, instinctively making way.

A squad of heavily armed guards, led by Conall, sprinted toward the center of the square, forming a protective barrier around the scene.

Recognizing the general, the airport police chief rushed forward. "Report to General Donohuei, a major incident just occurred at the airport. We didn't expect to disturb you. We've already requested reinforcements from the Sogas Police Department and are handling the situation immediately."

"Stand down!" Two soldiers shoved the police chief aside as Conall strode toward Robin. He straightened his back and saluted. "Mr. Ramsey, we'll take care of this matter."

Robin's voice was ice-cold as he responded, "No need. All of you, step back and watch me kill this people!"

His words crashed onto the crowd like a thunderclap on a clear day, sending shivers down everyone's spine.

No one had expected this. No one thought that this young man from Draconia would have such a noble identity.

Even Conall, one of the most powerful figures in Elaria, was this deferential toward him. If that was the case, what chance did a handful of airport police officers have? It seems like today's show was going to be interesting.

Initially, everyone had assumed the two Fricanians were disciples of the number one fighter of Elaria, Thorne Winterstrike. It seemed like the Draconian man and the middle-aged woman had landed themselves in deep trouble. Yet now, it was the other way around.

They had crossed paths with someone who had the personal backing of Conall himself. They'd better start begging for mercy.

Everyone heard Robin's declaration about his intent to kill. Would he really go through with it?

Curiosity burned in the eyes of every onlooker. Even though the view was blocked, it did nothing to dampen their anticipation.

Conall didn't hesitate for even a second at Robin's words. He immediately barked an order, and his soldiers immediately shifted formation, standing in perfect alignment at Robin's sides.

The sight sent an awkward ripple through the airport police. They never expected this Draconian man to have a higher status than those two Fricanians.

Before the airport police and all the onlookers could fully process the power shift, an even more shocking scene unfolded.

Thorne, who followed Conall closely, sprinted forward. He rushed up to Robin, then, without a second of hesitation, dropped to his knees with a heavy thud. "Lord Drakebane! I just heard what happened. These two fools dared to offend you. I will punish them harshly!"

A moment ago, everyone had assumed the two Fricanians were Thorne's disciples and the Draconian man had made the grave mistake of provoking them. No one thought that Thorne would kneel before that man.

Only now did the two Fricanians realize that they had picked the wrong person to mess with. They had run straight into someone so powerful. A big figure they absolutely couldn't afford to provoke!

Upon seeing this, the Fricanians abruptly threw themselves to the floor and begged for mercy, "Mr. Ramsey, we were wrong! We didn't know your noble identity and have offended you. Please, forgive us."

Smack! Robin slammed the pistol against one of the Fricanian's heads. "Oh? Didn't you say bullying Draconian was no big deal?" he said, his voice laced with biting mockery.

"What now? Why are you both groveling like cowards? Listen well. Regardless of who they are, the descendants of Draconia through the ages are not afraid of death!

"Our people's kindness, our generosity, our hospitality, none of that means we're to be trampled by scum like you! If you mistake goodwill for weakness, you're making the worst mistake of your miserable lives. And when kindness is repaid with betrayal, humiliation, and cruelty, then the time will come when no mercy is left for you. When that day arrives, you won't even get the chance to kneel and beg for your lives."

The weight of his words settled over the airport like a suffocating fog. The last remnants of daylight bled through the cracks between the cold steel airport buildings, casting long, trembling shadows.

"Sir, please let it go ... " the middle-aged woman's soft and trembling voice broke through the silence. All eyes turned toward the kind and gentle Draconian woman.

Robin's lips twisted into a bitter smile. He said nothing.

The Fricanians' eyes lit up with a flicker of hope. Perhaps this stupid middle-aged woman can save us now.

Thorne stiffened. Lord Drakebane said that I could meet him on Qacalisle Island. Does that mean he admits me to become one of his people?
