Not Ready For My Mate novel Chapter 55

I'm so happy for everyone, we're all done with schooling some of us are going to the nearest university and studying while the others are working but we all still have the time to get together.

If someone told me two years ago that I was going to spend the rest of my life with Kyle Black I would have laughed in their faces but now I can understand why they say that. I wouldn't want to spend it with anyone else.

He's the one for me and I'm the one for him. Simple.

I was brought out of my own thoughts when my brothers walked in the room. "You look beautiful sis." I swear I will never get use to them speaking in unison but I love them for they're weirdness.

"Thanks, you guys look better than you usually do so congrats." They just stuck their tongues out me and playfully glared. "Unkies That's not nice to do!" Callie scolded them, I smiled at her then smirked at them while they looked like deers caught in the headlights.

You could easily tell that she's mine and Kyles daughter with our personalitys mixed together in her, so I feel very sorry for her mate when she meets him.

"We're sorry bunny, forgive Unkies?" Liam asked while kneeling down in front of her and opening his arms wide for her. She smiled and accepted the hug. "Where your guys' little rascals anyways?"

"Moms."

Uh yes they're children are stuck to their moms legs not as much with the guys but they stick for sure. "Not surprising."

I chuckled at them. "Well the ceremonys starting soon so shall we go miladys and gentleman?" They asked referring to Toby, Callie and I. We nodded and left the change room.

We walked down endless hallways but I knew where we were going, I know this place like the back of my hand.

There were two men waiting by the door and as we approached I recognised them as Jordan and Scott.

And of course they were arguing, nice to know things never change. "Come on Scott its true admit it." Jordan said with a teasing voice. "Shut up okay!" Scott barked at Jordan. We stopped in front of them and they noticed us.

"Whats going on here?" Jordan smirked while Scott blushed. "Can't say its not something the children can hear unless..."

"No."

Jordan was the only one of us who would try and tell the kids anything and everything, including the birds and the bees even though they weren't even over the age of 2.

"Are you all ready?" I asked them and they nodded before opening the huge doors. When we walked in, I saw Kyle in the front looking amazing and smiling at me and Callie. I smiled back and he winked.

Everyone stood up and bowed at the knowledge of my presence. I still hated the formalities but I had to live with it. I went to go stand next to Kyle while the rest took their seats.

"You look beautiful." He whispered in my ear, I blushed. "Thank you, you look handsome." He scoffed and smirked at me. "Baby I'm always handsome, hot, sexy and amazing."

Yes his arrogance has not disappeared. But unfortunately I love this cheeseball.

I rolled my eyes at his comment and the ceremony started. The Ancient Wolves stood next to us and that was my cue to speak.

"Welcome friends, family and loyal subjects. I'm very pleased with my decision on who will be the next Ancients. It was an unbelievably tough decision but I had finally made it and I hope you all are happy as well as I am.

I chose these people knowing that they are worthy of the title after all the bravery and loyalty they showed me but most importantly the love and friendship they showed and I am in debt to them all forever.

Each Ancient knows who will be taking their place and they happily accepted my choices.

First is Micaela. Please come up Mickey." She stood up and walked onto the stage. Ancient Kaitlin stepped forward and spoke," I Ancient Kaitlin appoint Micaela as the new Ancient of Mind Reading."

She then said something in another language and a blue shimmer appeared over Mickey for a few seconds then disappeared.

This went on for everyone.

"Hello beautiful." He said then kissed me on my cheek. I blushed not being or ever will be use to this mans touch.

"Hello to you to." I turned around and he used that moment to lay his lips on mkne. The kiss started off slowly but it soon started to become more intense.

"Ugh gross." Said our daughter, Callie, from behind us. She was smiling while making gagging motions. "Hello baby how was school today?" Kyle asked while she sat down on one of the couches.

What did you expect thrones, please no way am I sitting in that awful, uncomfortable chairs.

"Gosh it was so awful there's this annoying guy at school who wont stop throwing spit balls at me and its irritating." She was blushing the whole time, aaw my baby girl has a crush.

Kyle on the other hand didn't see the blush or maybe he did but that would have made it worse.

"What's this punks name so I can beat him up for annoying my beautiful daughter?" She chuckled and was about to reply but then the gaurd came back in with a man in a hoodie.

The hoodie was up so I couldn't see his face but his clothes were beyond dirty. "Thank you for bringing him in." I said to the guard he nodded and left the room.

"Hello young man how may I help you?" I asked while I approached him, when I was not farther than a meter away he took his hoodie off and looked up at me.

I gasped and tears started to build in my eyes.

"Mom who's this guy?" Callie asked not knowing this young man. I could not believe he was standing in front of me after so long.

"Theo?"

"Mom."
