Not Ready For My Mate novel Chapter 50

"Well that was new." Said a soft voice coming from a dark corner. A girl who looked liked she had been beaten and hadn't eaten a lot in a long time walked out from the darkness.

She had dark brown hair and beautiful hazel eyes. I'm sure if she had a few more kilograms on her she would have a body to die for. "Who-who are you?" I stuttered scared if she could hurt me in my state right now. I could tell she was a vampire from her scent. "Im Jessica..." she would have continued but the door burst open, this time revealing three, young, beautiful girls. Two of them holding trays of food while the other was reading a book.

"Here's your food murderers." Said a natural blonde one while shoving it over to us, as did the brunette. "We are not murderers!" I exclaimed. "Of course you are you killed our future king and now Bane is avenging him. How could you do that to him."

Was she talking about Cam? "Are you talking about Cameron?" She nodded with a look of disgust on her face.

I looked over at Jessica and she seemed really upset. "How can we be murderers if Cam is still alive. Why would his brother avenge him when his brother was plotting against him. Heck you know he's fighting for my side right?" After my rant the girls looked flabbergasted even the one who was reading.

"Cams alive?" It was Jessica who asked. "Yes do you know him?" She nodded.

"He's my mate."

(Kyles POV)

I can't believe she did this to me, why? I thought I actually made her happy and that she truely did love me but I guess I was wrong.

How could I have been so clueless how could I not see that she didn't truly love me. She loves another, if only I knew who then I would kill that bastard.

Sky is mine, no one else's. No, I can't stay on her anymore I have to forget about her, but how can I my heart aches for her even after what she has done.

I saw behind her facade that my words hurt her and her words hurt as well, I know she still loves me but why did she do this?

Damon's right there has to be a reasonable explanation for this but what? I stormed into our room and fell onto our bed, feeling emotionally drained after these past couple of hours.

I saw something lying next to me, when I got up I saw it was an envelope with my name on it, it was Sky's hand writing . I snatched the letter and quickly opened up the letter to read the contents but I really wish I didn't because it read:

Dear Kyle

Im sorry for what I have said to you, the pain I have caused for you and most likely everyone else. That's honestly the last thing I ever wanted to happen and I wish I didn't have to leave but I have my reasons.

By the time your reading this I probably would have been long gone by now so don't even think of trying to find me, I will not allow that.
