Nobody had seen the sigil on that green talisman before; even the three judges scrunched their brows in confusion. Indeed, not even the lecturers had seen it before.
For a moment, the audience even thought they saw a faint supernatural energy lingering on her talisman. Amid their confusion, she formed a mudra and created a barrier array around Mike and the others.
Then, she activated her talisman. "In all directions, the supernatural energy fills the sky. Go!"
With a flick of her wrist, she sent the talisman flying toward the giant panda.
Steen clearly didn't expect her to actually make a move. Startled, he quickly stepped back.
At that, Cornelius immediately stepped forward to shield the panda, raising his hand. The supernatural energy in his palm flared as he prepared to tear the talisman apart.
However, just as he was about to shred the talisman, it suddenly erupted with streams of yellow gas. The gas scattered in all directions, quickly filling most of the corridor.
The group of young demons was initially puzzled, but the next second, their noses were overwhelmed by a strong, pungent smell.
The overpowering stench hit them all at once, and within moments, their faces turned green. They could hardly last a second before collapsing to their knees, clutching their throats and groaning in distress.
Cornelius, the strongest soldier among them, managed to suppress his gag reflex for two seconds. But soon, his face turned as green as the others, and he quickly spun around, retching uncontrollably.
The Northgaters stood at the side, confused by their sudden reactions. It wasn't until the yellow gas filled their noses that their expressions changed.
In an instant, all six of them turned pale. Without warning, they simultaneously bent over, hitting the ground as they joined the uncontrollable retching group.
The scene depicted a total wipeout.
The audience outside was dumbfounded, and so were Shannon's teammates. "What did you do? What was that talisman?"
Shannon stood within the array, observing everyone's reactions. Then, she turned around and explained, "It's a new talisman I've researched and developed lately. I call it the stench-infused talisman."
His fellow teammates also ran away, stumbling and staggering as they escaped. They couldn't stay for another second in this stinky building!
The Northgaters similarly covered their noses and ran for their lives.
Myla, unable to move due to the overwhelming stench, simply collapsed. Without hesitation, she activated her soul departure spell.
As soon as the shadowy figure of an underworld traveler, dressed in black robes and a black hat, appeared, it immediately left Mike and the others stunned, their mouths agape.
However, Myla paid them no mind.
Although her soul had detached from her body, losing her sense of smell, both in her physical form and soul, she could still vividly see the yellow gas hanging in the air.
Unable to accept that she was still stuck within the skunk's spray, Myla's soul wailed and charged toward Shannon's team, begging, "Help me! Save me, please!"
