Chapter 129
Nico has an extremely high pain tolerance. Not at all a surprise. I’d gone harder on him than I had with any of my play partners before, and still, It did nothing to quell the ache in my heart. I thought Mason felt something for me, like I was feeling for him, but obviously I was wrong when he was happy enough to shove his cock Into another girl’s mouth and allow her to speak to me like a plece of shit while he did absolutely nothing to stop her. I had felt something for him…now that something in me needs to die.
“Do you want to talk about it?” 1 snap out of my mental haze to realise he’s been staring at me as I sit beside him on the bed rubbing healing salve into his skin.
“Huh? Sorry?”
He sits up beside me, wincing from the painful streaks that shade his ass checks.
“You didn’t come here and dominate me through the most mind–blowing evening just for fun. Something happened. Talk
to me about it.”
“After care is meant for you. Not me.”
He grabs my hand before I can start on the marks on his chest. “Aftercare can be for both parties. You know that.”
I sigh, pushing his hand away so I can resume the activity.
“Do you need anything else?”
“Yes.” He states firmly.
I look at him quizically.
“Stay with me. Please.” He asks softly.
I know I’m frowning. That’s not usually something a play partner would ask for.
au, and
“I can’t allow you to leave in this state. If you don’t want to talk about it, that’s fine, but something is troubling you, I’d like you to stay for the night so that I can take care of you.”
“Nico…….”
“One night.” He cuts me off.
“I can’t… I hesitate.
“What do
at do you n
need?” He asks me.
“Something to numb the pain.” I whisper looking down at my hands, to ashamed to watch for his reaction.
“Liquor or something more?” He asks like it’s an everyday transaction.
My head snaps up to meet his sly smile, “What?”
“Liquor or more?” He asks again.

More… I breathe out
“Alright then.” He gets up and casually begins putting his designer sult back on. “Come with me. He holds his hand out for me. I get off the bed and he takes my jacket, wrapping it around my shoulders and then closing the buttons before placin my hand in the loop of his arm and leading me from the room. We pass through different hallways and floors before were standing at another coded door in his basement. I know a big part of me should be scared, but that part of me is drowned out from the ache in my chest that begs for relief. He punches in the code and holds the door for me to walk in before him. I’m standing a brightly lit, white room, Its massive, and filled with people sitting at tables handling a white
substance.
“What is this?” I ask Nico who’s standing beside me with his arms crossed surveying the room.
He walks to the closet table and takes a small, filled bag and hands it to me.
“Pure, Columbian cocaine.” He takes my hand again, this time leading me to the back garden where there’s a beautiful, already lit, fire pit surrounded by wooden chairs,
“Walt here.“, he coaxes me into a chair and walks back into the house. I open my hand and eye the bag he had given me.
“Have
you had it before?” He asks as he comes back with a handful of things.
I shake my head. “Maybe a sad excuse for it, but no, never anything like this.”
“You’ll like it.” He grins, placing a large fluffy charcoal blanket over my legs and sitting in the chair beside mine. He puts two wine glasses on the table in between us and pours an expensive looking bottle of red.
“To needing to numb the pain.” He toasts and I clink his glass before replying. “And doing it with style.”
Mason.
I am in big fucking shit. Like an elephant took a dump and I’m just drowning in it. I knew I had fucked up with that red head. I knew I should have told her to fuck off, but I needed to play the part in front of Kaiden and Hunter and then I don’t know, I just wasn’t thinking right. I thought that I could push Ista out of my mind with a quick release, but that look on her face when she saw me, fuck, it broke me. I knew I fucked up. I shouldn’t have done that. I’d hurt her, and now I’m going to pay for it. Isla didn’t come home that night, or the next. She told Donna she was staying at Mia’s house for the weekend before Donna, Don, Tony and Luca left for another work trip. Leaving Hunter and Kaiden in charge for the next four days while they’re away. They said they would be back before the meeting on the weekend that is supposed to secure the family in a much–needed alliance. I have that long to fix what I’ve done, to somehow tell Isla I fucked up and get her
to forgive me.
Kaiden, Hunter and I stand out the front of Mia’s house, knocking and waiting once again to pick Isla up for school. Instead of a messy and disheveled Mia, this morning we’re greeted promptly with a well–dressed version, ready in her own
school uniform.
“Ugh, what do you three want this time?” She huffs out.
our sister?” Kalden cuts to the chase.

Mia’s shoulders stiffen for a moment, her expression caught off guard,
“What?”
Hunter grunts in annoyance and pushes past her into the house, Kaiden and I following.
