In the dressing room, Sonia fingered the earring and smirked, hatching a plan.

“Sonia, you sure about this? If they catch you, you’re screwed,” Jenny whispered nervously.

Sonia’s smile turned wicked. “Nobody’s gonna notice something this tiny. And when they do find it, guess who they’ll blame? Little Miss Perfect out

there.”

“I still think you should-”

“What the hell is wrong with everyone today? First Aurora throws me under the bus, now you’re trying to babysit me?”

Jenny backed off with an awkward laugh. Sonia was clearly pissed, and if she couldn’t calm her down, might as well let her vent.

Ana walked out after getting dressed and styled, and holy shit–she looked incredible.

The vintage emerald dress hugged her curves perfectly, and with those long black gloves and the company jewelry? She looked like she’d stepped straight off a Vogue cover.

Everyone just stared. Jaws on the floor.

Cassian wasn’t even trying to be subtle–his eyes followed Ana like a damn spotlight wherever she moved.

Then the photographer started clapping.

“YES! Now THAT’S what I’m talking about!” he shouted.

Ana moved like she was born for this. The photographer went crazy with his camera–click, click, click–throwing out compliments like confetti.

“Gorgeous! Perfect! You’re a natural!”

Sonia watched from the sidelines, looking like she wanted to murder someone.

The shoot went on forever, with Ana switching between different looks and outfits. The photographer was having the time of his life–he hadn’t been this excited about a shoot in years.

He flipped through the shots on his camera. “These are insane. We barely need any editing. You sure you’ve never done this before?”

“Nope, first time,” Ana said.

“Jesus, you’re a natural. Listen, I could use someone like you as my go–to model. You interested?”

Ana shook her head. “Thanks, but no thanks. I’m more of a behind–the–scenes person. Design’s my thing.”

“Damn shame,” the photographer muttered.

Theo nudged Cassian. “Dude, you just gonna sit there while some guy tries to poach your wife?”

“Someone was bragging about being a ‘professional,” Aurora said, shooting Theo a look. “Then spent the whole day here without booking a single gig. Real professional.”

Theo rolled his eyes. “Whatever. I don’t argue with crazy.”
