Unmasking Mrs. Newton's Secret Identities novel Chapter 1553

Tyrone finally let out a sigh of relief.

Noticing the change in his expression, Arabella couldn't help but stifle a laugh. She took the cake from his hands and walked over to Mia. "You know I can't eat sweets, so I'm counting on you again."

Mia eagerly accepted, exclaiming, "Leave it to me!"

She held the cake gently and made her way to a nearby table to enjoy it.

Watching Mia's innocent demeanor, Tyrone's eyes crinkled as he smiled brightly.

Arabella decided to tease him a little. "It's a classic case of unrequited love; if you want someone like Mia to understand your feelings, you really need to be more direct."

Tyrone chuckled self-deprecatingly, glancing at his feet. "What? You can see right through me?"

"Exactly. If I can see it, do you really think our star agent wouldn't notice?" Arabella replied, getting straight to the point. "It's understandable, though; with your celebrity status, few women have the courage to face the pressure that comes with being with you."

Tyrone's expression darkened as he looked at Mia with newfound uncertainty. "I'll figure out a way to protect her. For now, we're just friends—like you and me."

"Let's hope you won't keep her waiting too long," Arabella said with a sigh, her gaze serious as she looked at Mia. "She's an incredible person and deserves a relationship that's open and true."

"I know," Tyrone replied, his tone steady and filled with determination.

He recognized just how wonderful Mia was, which was precisely why he couldn't take any risks that might hurt her.

The next day soon arrived.

Chandler managed a faint smile as he chose a pastry he thought Helen would enjoy, carefully placing it on a plate. "Ms. Kaylee, I apologize for the intrusion last night. I hope you can forgive me."

Helen frowned, staring at the pastry, unsure of how to respond. His every gesture seemed to signal that he was aware of her true identity.

Noticing Helen's silence, Katie quickly came to Chandler's defense. "Hey, Kaylee, don't you know how to be polite? Chandler is being generous by serving you. Can't you at least say 'thank you'?"

Before Helen could respond, Chandler turned to Katie and added some shrimp ceviche to her plate. "There's no need to be upset this early in the morning. Ms. Katie, why don't you give this a try? I think it's delicious."

"Um…" Katie hesitated, glancing at the dish. She was allergic to seafood; even a small bite could make her break out in hives, and eating the entire thing would certainly trigger a rash.

"Don't you like it, Ms. Katie?" Chandler asked, pretending to be disappointed. "I guess our tastes just don't match."

"No!" Katie quickly countered. "We're the perfect match—no one is better suited than us! I love this dish, I really do. I'll eat it right now just to prove it to you. Watch!"
