Unmasking Mrs. Newton's Secret Identities novel Chapter 1355

Helen refused to lower herself to Sadie's level, but Sadie kept trying to provoke her. It was as if she truly had a death wish.

"Boss, I'll find a way to get back at her," Paul said, his excitement bubbling over. It had been a while since he had the chance to let loose, and Sadie was the perfect target for some practice.

"It's okay; I'll handle Sadie myself," Helen replied firmly.

While she believed in avoiding unnecessary conflict, she wasn't one to back down either. Since Sadie insisted on pushing her buttons, she wouldn't hold back.

The upcoming calligraphy competition would be the moment when Sadie's facade would finally shatter.

"Alright then," Paul said, slightly deflated. Suddenly, a thought crossed his mind. "By the way, boss, there's been a surge of fake paintings of yours circulating abroad. Many people have been duped, losing both their money and the artworks."

"What? Fake paintings?" Helen asked, her interest piqued. "Any idea who's behind it?"

Her most renowned works were watercolor paintings. While they couldn't be exactly replicated, they could certainly be imitated.

To fool discerning art connoisseurs abroad, the copies would need to be at least 80 to 90% accurate, suggesting the forger had considerable artistic skill. Perhaps they were a talented artist who had simply taken a wrong turn.

With a knack for spotting talent, Helen felt a compelling urge to connect with this artist who shared her passion.

"I haven't been able to track them down," Paul explained. "Whoever it is has kept a low profile and never appears in public. However, it seems they've recently entered Grand Cathay and are planning something big. We should have an opportunity to investigate soon."

"Alright, keep a close watch."

"Will do."

Helen then hung up the phone.

Chandler wrapped his arms around her, his broad frame enveloping her completely. "Helly," he murmured.

All of a sudden, her expression turned serious. "Seymour's database holds all my facial data. If another version of me shows up in the future, will you still recognize me?"

"Absolutely," Chandler said without hesitation, taking her hand in his. "No matter who tries to impersonate you or how you change your appearance, I'll always be the first to find you and recognize you."

Hearing this, Helen turned slightly, a playful smile brightening her face. "As sweet as that sounds, maybe we should set up a secret code just in case."

"A code?" Chandler asked, raising an eyebrow. "What kind of code?"

"Kiss me," Helen said with a teasing grin.

"Wait, what?" Chandler blinked in surprise—was that a code word or an order?

"Oh, come on, you silly goose!" Helen teased. She wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him in for a kiss.
