Unmasking Mrs. Newton's Secret Identities novel Chapter 1344

Tyrone almost blurted it out, but he still couldn't bring himself to do it when he saw Mia's face.

"Do you like Scott that much?" Tyrone didn't know why he would ask this.

When he asked this, he didn't even realize that he was gritting his teeth, and his eyes were full of unwillingness.

"I love him." Mia said seriously, "No matter what happens to him, I will face it with him. Therefore, I came not only for Scott but also for myself and my future.

"I don't want my partner to face too many setbacks at the best age of his life."

Tyrone looked at her without any expression. The gleam in his eyes gradually dimmed. Just as he was about to show his emotions, he quickly turned his head away.

"Maybe it's just your own thoughts? He might not think the same. Not many people's first love can last till the end."

Mia was somewhat confused, but she still stubbornly said with a smile, "Maybe this is the difference between men and women.

"Men tend to consider a lot and will leave room for uncertainty if they think the outcome won't be good. But for women, even if a relationship is destined to have a bad ending, they will still give their all to make it last a little longer."

"Only stupid women will think like this," Tyrone retorted resentfully.

Mia gave a bitter smile. "You'll know it when you're in love in the future, Mr. Tyrone. Women in love are all very stupid."

Tyrone's heart ached so much that it was trembling at her words.

"You may leave now. I never explain myself to stupid women." Tyrone stared at the ceiling arrogantly; he would rather be the bad guy.

"Just take it as me not liking Scott and deliberately making things difficult for him. That's just how society is; many things happen for no reason."

Just like how Mia liked Scott, and Tyrone didn't want Mia to be sad.

Ever since Graham attended the banquet in place of Otto last time, Helen had never heard of Otto anymore.

Just when Helen thought that Otto would never show up again, he had Graham personally deliver the room card of a hotel's presidential suite and a note.

"All your doubts will be answered at 8:00 pm tonight. I will wait until you come."

Helen gazed at the room card and the note in her hand expressionlessly; no one could tell what was playing in her mind.

"Ms. Spencer." Graham reminded gently, "Avoiding won't solve any problems. This time, Mr. Sheridan won't let you down."

"He has lost his credibility since the last time he broke his promise. What makes you think that I still have any expectations of him?" Helen replied coldly.

Of course, her anger was directed at Otto.
