"That man isn't suitable for Mom," Dylan rejected. "It's 10:00 pm. Time for bed. We'll talk about it tomorrow."
"No! Promise you'll help me find him first, and then I'll sleep!" Dora pouted. "The handsome man was so nice. He even helped bandage my wound!"
She showed off her hand with a bandage on it.
Dylan sighed and rubbed his temple. This fool. The man's niece hurt her! It was only natural he bandaged her wound. Dora was too naive. She would probably be tricked easily in the future.
"I won't help you find him if you don't go to bed. Now, hurry up and sleep!" Dylan said.
Dora put her hands on her hips. "Hmph! No way! Find him for me now!"
Dylan ignored her and turned to Gino. "Shall we have a competition, Uncle Gino?"
Gino had been thinking the same, but since Dora was making a fuss, he didn't respond.
Dylan sighed. "She's just throwing a tantrum. Don't pay attention to her. She'll fall asleep once she realizes no one's indulging her."
"Really?" Gino's lips twitched.
Dylan nodded. "She does this all the time."
Gino agreed, "Alright, let's have a match. Give it your all. Let's compete fair and square."
"Don't go easy on me!" Dylan said as he opened his laptop.
Dora fumed as she watched them do their own things. She needed some ice cream to cool down.
When they weren't looking, Dora quietly slipped out of the room. She went down to the first floor and bought strawberry-flavored ice cream from the convenience store next to the hotel. She returned just as the elevator doors were closing. She hurriedly ran while yelling, "Wait for me!"
