The Luna Marked with Lies The Queen Crowned novel Chapter 41

Leo stated.

I hit it on the head.

“You should probably get Aria. She’s going to be your Luna soon.”

Leo seemed a little annoyed.

“We havent completely broken MATE ties. My Luna is still you, not Aria.”

I shook my head. “I’m not obliged to play ‘Model Alpha and th you anymore, Leo.

Leo, on the other end of the line, was clearly dismayed by my defiance.

I hung up.

It was the first time I had ever rejected Leo.

Once upon a time I’d always responded to whatever he said, and I could hear that he was angry at me for refusing, but I felt a sense of excitement and freedom that I’d never felt before.

Rolin came out and gently hugged me.

That night, unable to sleep, I turned on my lamp and began working on a new song at my desk.

My wolf, Lena, appeared at my side to keep me company.

She was a strong black wolf with emerald green eyes, always kind and gentle by my

side.

She disappeared briefly for a while when she sensed that Leo was beginning to get distracted in this marriage, and thom she never appeared to l again.

For this reason, Leo’s wolf Zane and Leo had a big fight, and he had been asking Leo to go look for Lena, but Leo thought that I had deliberately hidden Lena away, and that this was just my little trick to get him to return to his family.

As I finished the last note, I began to hum the
