Chapter 100

In one swift motion, I pushed her toward the sink, forcing her head down into the basin. Her fists clenched at her sides, and for a brief moment, I thought she might try to separate us.

But she hesitated, knowing that the professional photographer she had hired was filming the entire event, and that the Dean and the children wete watching closely.

The scandal from the piano competition had already done significant damage to her reputation and that of her pack.

If she lost control now, it would only make things worse.

Forcing a strained smile, Aria finally said, “Then…. it was my misunderstanding.”

Her voice was tight, barely masking the bitterness that simmered beneath the surface.

Leo didn’t bother with further pleasantries.

He turned to me and said, “Let’s take care of the donation and get out

of here.

Nodding, I instructed the people who had accompanied us to bring the toys and clothes from the car.

As they distributed the items to the children, their joy was palpable.

They gathered around me, their eyes wide with excitement as they received their gifts.

On the other side of the room, the children who had been with Aria were less fortunate.

Her tone was laced with frustration and disdain.

There was a brief pause before Andrew responded.

“Although I can’t stand that woman, the effect of her endorsement is beyond expectation. The goods in the shops have been selling out recently.”

Aria was silent for a moment before she scoffed.

“That’s because your company’s product itself is good. It doesn’t have much to do with her, right?”

Andrew’s voice remained calm.

“It has everything to do with her. In the past, we used celebrity endorsements, but the results weren’t as good. I suppose it helps that she recently won the piano competition. Her fans have considerable purchasing power and fit our brand’s target demographic.”

Aria was clearly unhappy with this explanation.

After another pause, she asked, her voice tinged with malice, “So, Uncle Andrew, do you want her to remarry Leo?”

Aria, always eager to grasp at the slightest chance of approval, asked tentatively, “And who is the Luna of the Silvermoon that Andrew has in mind?
