Chapter 22
Kiana watched this scene and her vision went black.
I quickly rescued Lindsey from Tristian’s captivity.
“What were you guys doing?”
Tristian coldly looked at his mother, no longer having the patience he once had in his eyes,
“Mom, you shouldn’t have interfered.”
Kiana harshly slapped him on the back.
“If I didn’t intervene, you would have killed the mother of my grandson, my daughter-in-law!”
The man’s eyelids twitched fiercely, instantly giving him a sense of impending doom.
“Mom, what do you mean?”
Kiana carefully took Lindsey back to the room.
He turned around and looked at him, his eyes filled with calculation.
Ever since the Eldred family went bankrupt, Coby has been imprisoned.
Kiana only realized how few people there were in her house.
Although he already had a grandson.
But it was still not lively.
And then I remembered Lindsey.
Back then, she was willing to have a child for their family for one million.
Now Kiana was willing to take out a little more from the money she had secretly saved.
Let her have another grandson for herself.
Kiana did consider finding someone else, but now their family background is such that the wealthy ones look down on
them, and the ones without money, they look down on.
After considering all the options, it was still more cost-effective to choose Lindsey for the job.
Tristian quickly intervened, “Mom, I wouldn’t have a child with her!”
He was about to tell Lindsey about everything that had happened over the years.
A figure suddenly dashed out of the room and grabbed onto Kiana’s thigh.
“Kiana, I was willing!”

*Lindsey!”
Tristian was about to throw the person out, but was quickly blocked by Kiana, who had quick reflexes.
“Tristian!”
“Mom, do you know how dirty she was? How could I possibly touch such a disgusting woman?”
Lindsey continued to wail, clutching Kiana’s thigh.
“No, Kiana, I wasn’t dirty.”
In their confrontation, Kiana quickly pieced together what she believed to be the truth.
She slapped Tristian hard.
“You married a hen that couldn’t lay eggs in the first place, and now you’re betraying a woman who truly loves and admires
you!”
“How could you be like your father!”
Because of Coby’s infidelity, Kiana now will never allow Tristian to disappoint another good woman like this.
I couldn’t communicate with Kiana.
Tristian slammed the door and left.
The two women looked at each other in confusion.
Lindsey quickly pinched her own thigh, looking pitifully at Kiana.
“Kiana, what should we do next?”
Kiana patted her shoulder contentedly.
“No problem, I had plenty of solutions.”
Sure enough, within three days, Kiana fell ill.
Listening to the feeble sound coming from the other side, Tristian still returned to the villa.
As soon as he opened the door, he suddenly felt a pain at the back of his head and blacked out, falling to the ground.
And when he fainted, someone forcefully opened his mouth and poured water into it.
