Brenda chuckled when she heard that. She didn’t hurriedly leave the bedroom but looked at the bottles she was given, and a smile blossomed on her face.

"Life is about to get better Brenda!" she happily told herself thinking about how this whole strange thing suddenly happened to her.

One moment she was putting on her suit, getting ready to work and the next a voice was giving her a chance.

She thought that someone was joking with her and that she was hallucinating. So, she playfully agreed. After all, there was no such thing as that in real life, right?

However, as soon as she agreed, all kinds of information flowed in her head she nearly got dizzy.

With the information overload in her mind, Brenda finally learnt who her master was and upon knowing that it was Diamond, the young lady she follows who always gives her that confidence daily, she was over the moon.

She didn’t expect that her idol was part of the supernatural. The fact that she would be working closely with Diamond and being part of her inner circle made her so excited. And when she was summoned, she nearly fainted.

Now after a chat with Diamond, she realized how magical and hardworking Diamond was. There was so much that the people didn’t know about her. And all that was something she learnt because of the position she possesses as the team leader.

When she thought about serving Diamond probably for life, she didn’t find that bad at all. In fact, she was looking forward to it.

He still couldn’t believe it. Everything just happened so fast. It didn’t make sense at all.

The trucks got into an accident, they caught fire. His drivers were hurt in the process and one of them even died. The goods were all burnt and when the matter was investigated, he knew that he was in big trouble.

The personnel in charge of maintenance knew how to cut corners. The trucks weren’t property checked, and it was their fault that the damage happened. The person in charge of that couldn’t be found. He embezzled money from the company, packed his bags and left the country before the incident happened.

He had to reimburse the client for the goods worth nearly a million. He had to compensate his dead driver, and the injured one. So much was happening, and he knew that he was going to lose it all.

In order to cover the losses, he started selling anything that he could. From company assets to private assets. His wife wasn’t happy about that.

Instead of understanding, supporting and just standing by his side, she didn’t want to be part of that and divorced him ruthlessly. She even took the kids as well as part of the money that he still had.

Left with nothing but debts he couldn’t even repay, he just wanted to end it all. Whatever happens when he is gone, that wouldn’t be any of his business.

Just as he was about to drink that bottle of pesticide a while ago, a strange voice which sounded enchanting came with a proposal he couldn’t even object to. Even if that voice was demonic or the devil trying to take his soul. As long as he could live, get rid of these debts and start anew, he didn’t care about what the other party wanted from him.

So, he agreed. He didn’t have anything to lose, anyway. The moment he did, he felt something and loads of information was sent into his head. As if that wasn’t shocking enough, he received that message of the transfer. That money was enough to repay all the debts he owned and with the remaining, he could pay the staff’s salaries as well.

How could he not be happy?

As he was kneeling there and crying tears of joy. His phone started ringing and when he saw the caller ID, he froze as he hiccupped. Shocked upon receiving that call. He was in a trance for a moment before he cleared his throat, calming himself down before answering the call respectfully, "Team leader Letwin?" his tone laced with inquiry.
