Diamond shortly received a call from Sullivan, who informed her that he was waiting for her outside the hotel.
When she heard that, she was thrilled as that meant that finally, she would be seeing her second target.
Before she left, she picked up a small black bag in which she put her cards, phone, and other necessities before she left the suite.
She didn’t bother to let her gaze linger much longer at Rita’s door before she headed for the elevator.
When she pressed the elevator down button, she saw that the elevator was on the top floor.
’I hope it’s not that girl!’ she prayed silently as she recalled the rude girl, she shared the elevator with the other day.
"Ding," the elevator shortly arrived on her floor and the doors swiftly opened.
Diamond was looking forward to seeing the bigshot staying in the pent-suite, so as soon as the door opened, her eyes were fixated there.
’OMG!’ that’s all she could say inwardly as she looked at the person who was lazily leaning against the wall.
Diamond was flustered. Her heart started thumping loudly, and her skin felt as if something was crawling on it.
However, she didn’t expose herself that much, but hurriedly walked into the elevator and stood a distance away from the man who had affected her by doing nothing.
"Hello," Diamond greeted politely, as she couldn’t share the elevator with someone without doing so.
Besides, it was just the two of them and if she doesn’t show some courtesy, won’t she be labelled a mannerless girl?
The man who was sharing the elevator with her tilted his head to look at her and Diamond’s face flushed.
The man was extremely handsome. His level was a tier higher than that of Kian. Kian had his charms, but this man, something about him, just pulled her.
She was attracted to him, though she had no idea who he was and what he did. Although she knew that it was her love for pretty faces that was making her feel that way, it was simply a wonderful experience for her to feel that way.
"Hello!" the man’s magnetic voice filled the elevator.
"Badum, badum," her traitorous heart couldn’t stop getting excited, especially after hearing his voice.
However, Diamond wasn’t willing to make a fool of herself, so she politely smiled at him before looking at the front.
’Out of sight, out of mind!’ she hypnotized herself as the elevator continued to go down.
The elevator shortly reached the ground floor, and Diamond nodded politely at the man, who wasn’t showing any signs of exiting before getting out.
As soon as she sensed the door getting closed, she heaved a sigh of relief.
’Damn! That was deadly!’
Diamond had never suffered the way she did in such a short moment before. To think that she would share the elevator with a hunk of a man.
His height was the same as Kian’s, a beautiful brown skin tone and those muscles that could be clearly seen even when he was donning a suit. Diamond just wanted to caress that body and explore more.
However, that couldn’t be done. No matter how lustful she was, she wouldn’t dare touch a man that didn’t belong to her. Besides, she wasn’t even sure whether the man was taken or not.
No matter how much she desires someone, she won’t take a taken man. She would rather watch the delicious piece of steak go than grab it. Being a home-wrecker wasn’t a good title to have.
Diamond took out her phone from her bag and called Sullivan.
"Where are you?" she asked as she exited the hotel.
[I see you. Just walk to your left. There is a white Laserati MC20 in the parking lot. I am inside.]
When she heard that, she couldn’t help but look towards the left. The supercar was so vivid that it wasn’t difficult to spot it. That was the thing with supercars. It didn’t matter where they were; they had their way of making their presence known.
Although having supercars at Ace Hotels wasn’t that special, it was still nice seeing a couple of them parked around.
Rich people visited Ace Hotel, so it was normal to see all sorts of expensive cars around.
