Chapter71
Finally got Garrett sorted out, and now she’s got someone else
around, someone he just can’t seem to find.
He felt extremely uncomfortable and anxious.
He wanted to take Adelaide away and lock her up right now.
But he knew he couldn’t do that.
At least it’s not now….
The next second he grabbed Adelaide’s shoulders with a fierce
look and said, “Do you know you and Garrett are still on a
break? Are you really hooking up with other men now, not
afraid of gossip? Tell me, are you intentionally trying to get
back at Garrett by seeing other men?”
Adelaide expressionlessly pulled away his hand, “It’s none of my
business. You shouldn’t be telling me this. You should be talking
sense into Amanda. She’s the one who stole my husband as a
third party, doing such unethical things.”
“And don’t forget, now everyone knows that Amanda is the one who actually got married to Garrett. So who’s to say I don’t have
a man? It’s you who’s gossiping now!”
Chapter/1
Spencer was briefly taken aback by the scolding, and
immediately softened his tone, saying, “Adele, I didn’t mean to
offend you. I was just worried that you might act impulsively
and make a mistake, and end up being deceived.”
“Even if I was cheated, I’m still okay with it!”
Seeing her in such a bad mood, Spencer was convinced that she was deliberately seeking revenge by finding someone.
He kept his cool and still spoke to her in a gentle tone, “Adele, I know you can’t swallow this anger. After you divorce Garrett, I will find him and make him pay for you. But you can’t just go
around finding men, are you sure the man you found is clean? Do you know anything about his background?”
“If he turns out to be a tough and difficult person to deal with,
you won’t even have time to escape.””
He then placed both hands on Adelaide’s shoulders again, his sinister face getting closer, “Tell me, who is this man.”
“You don’t need to know.“”
Spencer’s eyelid twitched twice, his eyes suddenly darkened,
“Adele! You need to have some boundaries when you’re
messing around! Is it necessary to throw yourself at a dirty man
like that?”
Adelaide was caught a bit painful, forcefully prying open his

two hands, and firmly retorted, “Don’t worry, he’s cleaner than
any man, and much better than Garrett, I don’t know how
many times! He respects me and takes care of me very
carefully.”
“I really regret marrying Garrett now, and I regret not meeting
him earlier!”
These words were like a bolt from the blue for Spencer.
Even when he was saying Garrett was no good, Adelaide was
just mad at him for not talking bad about Garrett.
