Stephanie just followed McKayla inside.
This apartment complex was a hot new neighborhood in the past few years. The surrounding facilities were pretty good. Most people who bought here were middle or high–income, like employees from big internet companies, and they had to be the ones with core tech skills or good connections.
The home decor was minimalist, and it looked like the owner was a cool, aloof science guy. That was actually not like Logan.
Thinking about it, Stephanie also glanced at Logan.
was a cosplay look, and they were even wearing an ita–shirt.
Logan was just in shock, but now he snapped out of it. When he saw Stephanie’s look, he said right away, “This is my brother’s house, and the one who recovered the data was my brother.”
As she spoke, McKayla had already brought Stephanie to a door.
“Knock knock.” McKayla tapped twice.
“Come in.” A man’s voice came. Only then did they open the door and go in.
The room kept the minimalist style from outside, just with more electronic devices.
McKayla gave Stephanie a look, then pulled Stephanie and let Logan go in first, then they followed.

Looks like you had a bad temper?
Or you could say I really hated being bothered by others.
“Bro, is the data recovered?” I brought people with me.” Logan didn’t really care and just walked over.
By the time he had already asked, Stephanie felt McKayla tug her, and the two of them walked over together.
“It’s almost done,” said the man with black–rimmed glasses.
Stephanie watched the progress bar finish, and the man with the black- rimmed glasses turned around and said, “It’s done. See what you want to look for, and what else you need to do.”
He didn’t look at anyone else, just stepped aside to let others check.
Full of that human–machine vibe.
“I come?” McKayla pointed at herself. After all, it was Alaina’s phone, so it was better not to let others go through it.
“Sure,” Logan said, then stepped aside to talk to the guy with the black–rimmed glasses.
Stephanie stayed by McKayla’s side, watching her look for the recorded stuff.
It was quiet inside, and the only thing I could hear was McKayla clicking the mouse.
“Yeah, that’s her, she’s Stephanie, Maxwell’s wife, and also Serena…” Logan and the guy with the black–rimmed glasses whispered.
The voice was really low, but Stephanie still heard it.

Chapter 130
She felt like someone glanced at her and then looked away.
Right at that moment.
“Found it!” McKayla said happily, her voice breaking the silence.
“Really? Let me see if I can use it!” Logan hurried over too, and the two of them clicked on the video to play it.
“Looks like Alaina had quite a few phones, haha.” Watching, McKayla said, because it was obvious Alaina used one phone to livestream with her and another phone to record.
No wonder Alaina was so good at stealing phones, probably did a lot of similar stuff in the business.
“Not bad, even though it wasn’t great equipment, at least it was way better than that stuff online.” Logan nodded.
“Steph, what did you think?” McKayla asked.
Stephanie had been watching the whole time, and now she smiled and nodded.
“With this video, let’s see what those haters online have to say about me!” Logan said angrily.
“Can this really work?” Just then, a voice came–it was the guy with the black–rimmed glasses. “Maybe it can’t reach the level you said.”
“Bro, it was just awesome at the scene!” Logan shouted.
McKayla didn’t say anything, just looked at Stephanie.
Stephanie was thinking.
She reached out and pulled left and right, then said, “You can use it.”
The

guy with the black–rimmed glasses frowned and looked at her disapprovingly
Stephanie knew what he meant, the phone recording was never as good as being there, and he knew his brother had probably already talked up the live show like it was amazing.
If this video got out, it would be a bit better, but if it wasn’t as good as what Logan said, it was still easy for people to feel a gap.
“You just needed to release it at the right time, and you could get the effect.” Stephanie said.
Then, her phone started vibrating.
She took out her phone and saw it was Jeremiah.
“Jeri.” Stephanie answered the phone.
“Stephanie, I have some good news for you.” Jeremiah sounded excited on the phone. “I finally got something on Simon and caught one of his
I can kick him out anytime! Which day do you want to do it? guys. Today? Tomorrow? Or right now?”
Hearing Jeremiah laughing on the phone, Stephanie smiled.
Now, this chance came.
