"Follow me please." I complied and walked with him, he lead me right to the front, pass the gate and onto the stage. I walked over to Kyle and he was still smiling. I was very nervous on what was going to happen.
"Kyle whats going on?" I asked I hadn't meant for the mic to pick it up but it did so everyone heard me. Everyone was silent. Kyle took a deep breath and did the last thing I expected him to do.
He got on one knee and pulled out a small blue velvet box. He opened it up and I gasped, inside was a small diamond ring. He knows me so well, he knew I always wanted a small wedding ring because I hate jewellery but I would so except that ring.
I didn't even realise that my eyes started to fill with unshed tears. "Skylar Maine, will you make me the happiest man on this planet, no of this universe and become my beautiful, amazing, intelligent, independent, wife?"
I could see he was very nervous, the crowd was awwing and shouting for me to say yes, even that group of girls. I know I loved Kyle with all my heart and I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him.
"Yes!"
End of flashback
I couldn't help but smile thinking of that night again. Apparently all those times he kept disappearing he was getting blessings from my parents and my brothers.
My parents were easy on him but my brothers, not so much, they made him do things that is not to be mentioned. They eventually gave him their blessings and he planned the proposal from that point.
"Hello my beautiful fiancé" he said in my ear while hugging me from behind and rubbing his hands over my stomach.
"Hello to you to." I giggled at him, he can't stop calling me that it's his new nickname for me. "So we were all thinking that maybe we could all go out and relax. What do you think?" We all have been working so hard that actually wouldn't be such a bad idea.
"That's a perfect idea."
We all decided that we would go to the carnival. Something I did not know was that Gabriel, Mr. Big and Scary, was afraid of clowns. We walked into a tent not actually knowing what was inside and it was a tent full of clowns. The look on Gabes face was utterly hilarious, he looked so scared and ran out of the faster than an olympic runner.
"What are you doing here?" I snarled at him when I got his hand off my mouth. I stepped back from him and stood in a defence stance. "Relax I'm not here to hurt you okay." He said with a cocky smirk.
"And why should I believe you?" I hissed, but I was starting to calm down. "I came here to tell you something." I scoffed at him. "I think you should leave very soon Steven before I rip your head off, and why should I trust your word?"
He sighed and ran a hand down his face in agitation. "Listen Bane is planning on..."
"Sky?" That was Kyles voice.
I turned back to Steven but he was gone. Kyle found me behind the booth. "Are you okay? Why are you here?"
I gave him a fake smile. "Im fine Kyle, I promise." He dropped it but I knew that he wanted to ask, thankfully he just left it alone.
