A Forced Contract Marriage with the Devil novel Chapter 199

Chapter 199

I woke up entangled in his strong arms, he was sleeping like a baby. His heavy body covered mine, his face resting over my chest, his arms wrapped around my waist. His posture was almost possessive, protective as if he let me go, I’d run away.

I tried my hardest not to wake him as I slipped out from underneath him. He stirred and his hand roamed around the bed looking for me, instead, he grabbed a pillow and pulled it into his chest.

but

I went to take a shower. After our little fight about him not wearing a condom, he again fucked me, and that too without a condom. I watched our discarded clothes from last night laying on the bathroom floor, I grabbed them all and threw them in the laundry basket.

The shower was still running, we weren’t really in our senses last night. I sighed, walking to the cabin and finally completing the shower I had intended to take last night.

My thoughts were all over the place. I squeezed my eyes shut as I remembered what Marco did last night. He still needed to be dealt with. Alessandro was still in the dark about the whole Antonio situation. I have no idea how he’d react once he found out.

You can never know anything for sure with him. Alessandro may have told me that I had him in the palm of my hand last night, but this morning could be another story. You can never guess what Alessandro will do next.

I dried my whole body with a towel and changed into clean clothes. I stepped out of the bathroom and saw that Alessandro had woken up. He was leaning against the headboard, the white sheets laying over his lap as he used his cell phone.

The marks we left on one another last night were really bright and visible in the morning. I could see how my nails had scratched his skin off, I frowned as I saw a hickey over his neck. I don’t remember giving him that, I was so out of it last night that I don’t even remember half of the things we did.

I also had numerous bite marks, the most vicious one was over my inner thigh, hickeys, and the bruises that his hands left behind were hard to cover as I applied makeup over my neck.

Where’s Antonio?he asked, tossing his phone aside, and watching me through the mirror. I opened my mouth to say something, hesitation was clear as day on my face. He frowned, which turned into a glare.

Nikolai, I asked you a question

I have himI vaguely answered.

He nodded. Yes, where?

He’s fineI halflied at least he wasn’t dead.

I didn’t ask you if he is fine or not. Where is he? I need him,his voice almost turned annoyed.

I just looked at him through the mirror and continued to comb my hair.

He sighed. I thought I was quite clear last night

About what?

About not giving you a divorce. There is no point in keeping him now when we cleared that last night.

We talked about it last night but I don’t remember agreeing to it.

An incredibly smug look crossed his face. You love me, Nikolai. You still do. I felt it last night; you felt it last night. Don’t fight it, baby boy.

I faced him with a frown. But you don’t, right?
