A Forced Contract Marriage with the Devil novel Chapter 139

Chapter 139

I’m done,I groaned out, every word dragging from me as my limbs ached and my ass burned deliciously.

Laughing huskily, Alessandro leaned on his arm, towering over me even in rest. Really? But you look like a guy who could go another round.

My eyes almost popped out of my skull as I tried to lift myself up with shaking hands, glaring at him with what little strength I had left. My arms trembled, every movement a reminder of how thoroughly I’d been used.

In your fucking dreams,I snorted out, sitting up on my knees, though my legs barely held me.

If you knew the things I did to you in my dreams,he said, voice low and hot with promise, you’d never be able to walk, Nikolai.

Just like that, a pang in my heart twisted sharply longing, heat, ache. I wanted him again, wanted him just because of those filthy, dirty words he said to me like a prayer.

Shut up,I said, embarrassed, heat flooding my face. Haven’t you had enough? Are you trying to seriously kill me with that thing?I hinted toward his stillerect, large penis, which stood proud and slick, as if we hadn’t just torn each other apart for hours.

He chuckled deeply, that delicious rumble vibrating through the air, and his other hand lazily stroked his length again. His eyes locked on mine with that same predatory gleam, the one that always made me feel like prey, like a caught thing he didn’t plan to let go of.

I nearly fell off the bed in a panic as I tried to stand, wobbling, wanting to get anywhere other than this bed, away from Alessandro and his inhuman stamina.

Let’s go and shower again,he spoke, voice calmer now, tender.

Showeryeah, shower sounded good. Cool water. Steam. Maybe I could feel human again. Getting up from his large bed, I looked at the balcony. The lights of the city twinkled like stars beneath us. NY looked good from the top floor of his room, like it belonged to us. You wouldn’t ever hear me complain about it. Never ever.

Suddenly, two muscled arms wrapped around me from behind. I felt Alessandro’s breath on my neck as his lips grazed my skin. The heat of him made me shiver again, despite everything. You’re so beautiful, Nikolai, his deep voice mumbled against my skin. And more pretty than any

woman I had seen.

His words sent warmth spiraling through me, spreading like melted sugar through my chest. They made me flush like a schoolgirl, made me too embarrassed to turn around and see his face. Did he not get embarrassed talking to me like that?

I was a man. I wasn’t used to hearing that I was pretty. That I was beautiful. That I was something to be admired, not just desired. And it made me weak. It felt crazy to feel this way from a man telling me I was pretty and beautiful.

I didn’t know if I’d ever not get embarrassed from hearing him compliment me.

Here,Alessandro said softly, placing my hand around his neck for support, guiding me like I was something delicate now. Not ruined but treasured.
