My Four Miraculous Treasures novel Chapter 364

Jasper was the problem, not the bodyguards.

Willow knew at least that much.

She held back her rage and called Jasper.

Once the call went through, she said angrily, “Why won’t you let me leave?”

“Try to remember what I said last night,” Jasper answered before hanging up.

Willow was about to retort when she realized the call had ended.

This made her feel worse.

She tried to dig through her memories.

Last night, she hugged Jasper and said she would go to him because she was trying to stuff the pacifier back into the sofa.

Jasper had replied saying that he would fulfill her wish and make her stay with him.

By making her stay, did he mean to lock her up and treat her as a possession?

But she wasn’t an object!

Upon recalling Jasper’s declaration and realizing his excuse for keeping her, Willow felt distressed and helpless.

She willfully told the bodyguards to let her leave, but they wouldn’t budge.

She took a step back before running forward at full speed.

The bodyguards blocked her way with their arms before she could leave the door. They held her up and dragged her to the lounge, placing her on the sofa.

Then, they returned to their post by the door.

Willow looked up and nodded at Leon politely in response.

She wasn’t in the mood to look at flowers. She just wanted to leave Jasper’s place as soon as possible or she wouldn’t feel safe.

Moreover, she promised her children that she would visit them in their hometown in a few days.

Her children would worry if she didn’t go and if they couldn’t reach her.

Leon noticed that Willow was trying to be polite despite being tired and in a foul mood. He nodded slightly and returned to his work.

Willow sat in a daze for a while before going upstairs.

She wasn’t familiar with this place and had only been in the master bedroom before.

She entered the master bedroom and closed the door.
