My Flash Romance With the Richest Mogul novel Chapter 1929

After a few days of traveling, they finally reached Hubril. Hubril was much larger than the small towns they had passed through, and though it wasn't as grand as Vlario, it was still a bustling city.

Upon arrival, they stayed at the local magistrate's residence. However, as soon as they arrived, the magistrate called Manfred away to handle some official business.

Vivian stayed behind to rest. Exhaustion washed over her the moment she lay down, and she quickly drifted into a deep, dream-filled sleep.

She wandered through clouds and mist in her dream until the haze parted to reveal Joe and Skylar. They were dressed in period attire, mingling with a lively crowd, perhaps at a festival or marketplace.

Vendors shouted, hawking their wares as Vivian drew closer, her heart racing. She overheard her parents speaking.

"I've had this feeling for days," Skylar said, her face shadowed with worry. "I think Vivian is here too. Maybe she's come looking for us."

"How could she have come here?" Joe replied, his brow furrowed in confusion.

Afraid they might be distressed, Vivian rushed toward them, her voice trembling with urgency. "Mom, Dad, I did come to find you. Don't worry, I'll be in Graystone soon, and we'll be together again. I'll take you home. Grandma and the others can't wait to see you. I miss you both so much."

She wanted to hug them and tell them everything she had missed over the past two years.

Suddenly, Skylar stopped in her tracks. She turned around, glancing over her shoulder, her gaze searching.

She was worried. This world was harsh, especially for a young woman. The dangers were unlike anything in their time when laws provided protection.

But Vivian was strong and resourceful. She always found a way.

In the dream, Vivian reached out again, her fingers brushing only air. "Mom, don't worry about me! I'm fine. I've met Manfred, and he's taking good care of me. I'll find you soon. Please, just look after yourselves."

Even though she knew they couldn't hear her, she couldn't stop herself. She missed them so much. "Dad… Mom…"

Just then, a familiar voice broke through her thoughts, gently calling out, "Vivian? Vivian? Don't be afraid. I'm right here. No matter what danger you face, I'll be by your side, protecting you. Trust me."
