Heiress Unmasked: Shaking the World With Geomancy novel Chapter 1696

Fiona's overwhelming supernatural energy and the terrifying anger on her face were too evident to ignore.

Elena, who had initially dismissed the situation, immediately stiffened. She stepped forward and shielded Teddy behind her, her expression hardening.

"Fiona, what are you trying to do? It's just a room you're upset about. Are you really going to go that far? Teddy's only a 30-year-old youngling—are you seriously going to take this out on him?"

Fiona looked at Elena and uttered through gritted teeth, "He… killed… my… Max!"

"Who the hell are you talking about? You… You're not actually worshipping this human, are you?" Elena was in disbelief, her expression becoming serious.

"This is unacceptable, Fiona. You're a pure-blood demon, yet you've sunk so low as to be a fangirl and worship humans! And you're actually going to pick a fight with your own blood relative over such trivial things?"

She turned her attention to Ava, shaking her head in disapproval. "Is this how you've been raising her?"

Ava's expression darkened as she responded to Elena, "Being a fangirl isn't an offense. She's just a juvenile demon. What's wrong with having a hobby?

"Also, it was Teddy who destroyed everything in Fiona's room. As the elder, you not only refused to apologize but also made things worse."

Elena widened her eyes in disbelief, pointing at herself. "I, as the elder, should apologize to her?"

Ava was expressionless. "Even if you don't, Teddy should. Don't you think so?"

Immediately, Teddy screamed, "I won't apologize! I'm the hero who eradicated lowly humans! I will never apologize!"

"I dare you to say another word!" Fiona, already unable to contain her anger, erupted once again upon seeing the reactions of the two before her.

Elena instinctively shielded Teddy, pulling him behind her.

Similarly, Ava was threatened by Fiona's impulsiveness and quickly stopped her. "That's enough. If nobody is apologizing, I'll report this to the Demon Control Agency!"

The husband lamented, "I told you human-built buildings are no good. You can hear every little sound through the floors. We really should've lived in a separate house."

His wife glared at him. "I would've moved into a villa if I could. Now, will you buy one for me?"

The husband fell silent.

Back to the main agenda, Fiona began bashing Teddy.

When he hit the wall, he instantly shifted into his true form. Elena nearly lost her mind at the sight and tried to intervene but was quickly held back by Ava and her husband, Horace Grizzly.

Horace calmly said, "When kids fight, it's not our place to intervene."

"That's right."
