Thalia didn't expect Reuben to leave anything for her after what she'd said earlier. But sensing the familiar energy from the box, she accepted it without hesitation.

When she saw the nine-tailed fox figure inside, her expression flickered briefly, but she closed the box and tucked it away. "Thank you."

After a pause, she looked at Yvette and asked, "Shannon mentioned you're friends with Reuben."

"Something like that I guess," Yvette replied.
