I was stunned and sat up from the bed: “Mr. Warrick?”

Honestly, I had been so busy today that if Evan hadn’t contacted me, I would have forgotten about this morning’s incident.

“I’ve had someone fix your car. You can come pick it up later.”

Before I could finish speaking, Evan added: “If you’re busy, I can have someone drive it back to you.”

I instinctively refused: “No need to trouble yourself, I can pick it up myself.”

Perhaps because I refused too decisively, there was silence on the other end.

‘Alright, I’ll send you the repair shop’s contact information in a bit.”

‘Okay, thank you for the trouble.”

The next day I went to pick up the car. After arriving at the 4S shop, I asked the staff: “How much does the repair cost in total?”

The staff member smiled and said: “Ma’am, you don’t need to pay anything. You can just drive it away directly.”

Inside the villa.

Ferris stumbled through the door. He had just finished a business dinner and had drunk quite a bit. His head was splitting with pain.

The housekeeper Mary looked behind him, “Alpha Ferris, didn’t Luna come back with you?”

Ferris: “She’s not home?”

Mary looked confused, “Didn’t Luna go out with you? She hasn’t been home these past few days.”

As she spoke, she suddenly stopped.

She remembered that a few days ago, she had noticed many of Aurora’s clothes missing from the closet.

That day. Aurora was getting ready for work when Mary asked with concern: “Luna Aurora, it seems like you’re missing a lot of clothes. They weren’t lost, were

they?”

Now that so many clothes had disappeared too, it was hard not to be suspicious.

Aurora just smiled and calmly replied: “Those old clothes that didn’t fit well, I donated them.”

Mary breathed a sigh of relief and said: “It’s almost time to change seasonal clothes anyway. Luna Aurora, you should have Alpha Ferris buy you some new

clothes.”

Ferris frowned and walked upstairs.
