I dangle here on my toes, trying to alleviate some of the pain. That’s when I hear commotion, followed by Luciano being dragged into the room. He’s stripped, chained and hung beside me, then the guards leave.

“Luciano, brother, wake up“, I whisper yell at him. I wrap my hands around the chains and lift my feet up off the floor, swinging to lightly kick

him.

“Come on brother, wake up!” After a few more minutes he groans and then his eyes shoot open, and he starts thrashing around.

“Hey there, he is!”

“What the fuck, where the fuck?!”

His eye’s are wide as he assesses his position and then looks at me from head to toe.

“Yeah, not the way I wanted to be tied up either, but here we are“. I wiggle my cock at him hoping to get a laugh.

*Fucking hell Luca, don’t point that thing at me“, I see a crackle of a smile. Good, fight with me. “You look like shit, Luca…”

“Yeah, not feeling too dandy either…” I mutter back.

We hang here long enough for it to be annoying and we’re out of things to talk about so we both concentrate on keeping the pressure off our wrists. When the door creaks open again we both physically stiffen.

“Ah, I thought you too might be bored, so I’ve brought in a movie“. Alexander says as his men get to work on hanging a projector screen and setting it up in front of us.

“It better not be Finding Nemo“, I joke, he spins and grabs me by the throat, not too tight but tight enough for it to piss me off.

He clicks his tongue and releases me, letting me swing a little and fuck it hurts my wrists. I find my balance back on my toes just as he turns on the screen.

“While I can’t kill you both yet, I can still offer some great torture methods that will help me feel better about having to wait. So here you go“, he presses play and the image in front of us is a young Ariana. She looks innocent and sweet. I’ve never seen her like this before, she wears pink ribbons in her long black hair and a yellow sundress with white flowers. She dances playfully around a field, reaching out to the person behind the camera as they hold hands. “Oh, Alexander this is so beautiful, thank you for bringing me here“, her soft voice says. The camera moves and Alexanders pig headed face comes into view as he smiles at her and kisses her softly.

“Turn it off!” Luciano grits out.

“Oh good, you do enjoy it! Luckily for you, I captured many moments with my fiancée as we we’re courting. Now you two can sit here and enjoy them.”

He turns to leave the room, shutting off the lights so all we can see is the projection and then locks the door.

“Fucking hell…” I groan out as Ariana’s soft, sweet laughter fills the room. The innocent laughter that was never meant for us.

I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t shitting my pants a little right now. Everything seems to be resting on my shoulders. Am I doing the right thing? Of course I am! I have to get our Don back, and Luca. Ariana needs all of us and I need them, our family needs them. I take a deep breath, and Hudson pats me on the shoulder.

Dust nod at him. The plan is simple, our car is to stop well before the property, while the others drive straight to the front. We’ll sneak our way through while our guys at the front make a distraction for us. Once I’ve got Luca and Luciano then we can get the fuck out of here and leave Alexander for another day when we’re better prepared. If I’m not out in exactly ten minutes then our guys retreat, get Ariana and head for the other side of the country.

“Ready man?” Jeremy asks from the driver’s seat as he pulls off the road into the woods where we had determined from the blueprints there would be a beaten path that leads to the back.
