Chapter 161
So Mom wants me to come over today to have some girl time. Did you want to maybe come and see my brothers? It’s been a while since you all hung out.” I ask Mason sweetly as I pass him a cup of coffee over the counter where he sits rubbing his eyes awake.
Your Mom?”
“Yeah.” He furrows his brows for a second and I already know what he’s thinking. When do Mom and I never really just hang out? I’ve been a moody shit of a teenager the last few years who wanted nothing more than space from everyone. I know Mom was probably thinking the same thing because when I offered her the chance to bond over hunting and killing this Mexican prick who tried to off me, she jumped at the chance.
“Yeah alright. When are we going?”
“I was kind of hoping soon.” I flutter my eyelashes at him innocently as he huffs into his cup and rolls his eyes a little.
“I’ll go get dressed.”
I’m barely out of the house when Mom runs down the steps, pulling open the car door to hug me. “Hey Mason darling, the boys are in their office.” She waves behind her as she drags my hand through the house to her own office where Uncle Matteo is already sitting scowling.
“This would be referred to as owing two, little one.” He grumbles at me.
“Yeah, okay, I owe you two, fuck I’ll make it three if you don’t tell my Dads.”
“He won’t be telling anyone, now will you, Matteo?” Mom crosses her arms and stares at him.
“No. I won’t, but when they find out themselves, I will throw you both under the bus.” He grumbles, opening his laptop and sitting it on the desk. Mom and I stand behind him, watching as he pulls up all the information that I had found on Nico’s computer. We go through every piece of information like it is new and untouched, so we don’t miss anything. Then we go through bank records and phone records, with nothing really standing out, until something does. It’s so simple that I would have missed it if I didn’t know what I was looking at.
“Uncle. Would you mind leaving?”
He looks at me, to my Mom, to the computer and back to me as his eyebrows frown and he just lets out a long sigh.
“I didn’t want to be involved anyway.”

He goes to close the laptop and I stop him.
Tine, keep ft. 1‘ be back for it later once the two of you are done digging a hole for yourselves.
As soon as the door shuts behind him Mom sits down in his seat and looks closer at the screen:
What did you find baby?”
1 point at the list of phone records.
“See that?”
“Miss Sheila… She reads quietly. “I don’t get it.”
“Miss is a title used in one of the BDSM clubs I’m a member of Mom. Miss Sheila, if I am correct,
works at the club I go to: I know her, very well.”
I watch as a thousand different emotions flicker over her face before she nods slowly and turns to
“Well, I shouldn’t be surprised. Nor will I judge. This, Miss Sheila must know Pedro well by the list of
calls here. Should we pay her a visit?”
A smirk creeps onto my face. “There’s only one place I know to find her. Are you saying you’ll come
to a sex club with me, Mom?”
She rolls her eyes and scoffs. “Please, honey, I’ve seen enough in my lifetime to not be surprised by
anything.”
“We’ll have to dress up, and get you signed up as a member.” I point out.
“I still have a bunch of costumes from my stripper days. We’re practically the same size so you can
borrow something, and we’ll just tell everyone we’re going out for dinner.”
“Ohhhh Mamma. This is going to be fun.”
We had a nice BBQ lunch with my brothers and Mason. My Dads have been out somewhere not even
Mom knew about. She had told me they had also been suspiciously absent lately as well. Two and
two equals that they’re doing the same thing as Nico. It made it only easier to get away with the lie of having a girl’s dinner out. Mom even told the boys that we would be taking Matteo as a guard, so they didn’t get their panties in a twist. Mom wasn’t lying when she said she had kept her outfits. There’s a whole section in her wardrobe that I would literally die for. She chooses an outfit, heading to the bathroom the change will I shuffle through the pieces. When she comes out my jaw hits the floor and I cover my eyes.
“Oh my God, Mom. I don’t think it’s legal for you to look like that!”
