The person on the other end was silent for a long time.
Alaricka’s whole body turned cold.
“Alaricka, are you looking for this?”
The men behind Alaricka suddenly stopped moving.
Alarieka looked up. Clarissa, who should have been in the hospital. stood in front of her with a smile, waving a phone.
“Alarieka, you called Kieran, but he didn’t have time for you.
“Kieran is watching fireworks with Rose.”
Clarissa’s phone was playing a video.
In the video, it was the backs of Kieran and Roschelle. Kieran’s arm was around Roschelle’s thin shoulders, and fireworks were beautiful in the night sky.
At the same time, Alarieka saw that the sky above her head was almost covered with fireworks.
At the moment when the fireworks fell, Alarieka heard the voice from Clarissa’s phone.
“Kier, thank you, I’m very happy.”
Alaricka had never heard Kieran’s voice so gentle. “I hope you’ll always be happy.”
“Kier, can I kiss you?”

Chapter 24
The other end of the video suddenly became noisy, but Alaricka could clearly hear Kieran say, “Yes.”
Alaricka gasped, feeling as if her heart was being torn apart.
“So, Kieran knows it?”
Clarissa raised her eyebrows. “Otherwise, why would you call him and no one answered?
“Kieran wants you to stop dreaming.”
Alaricka closed her eyes, her lips curving into a bitter and mocking smile.
She actually had some illusions about Kieran.
It was really disgusting.
Clarissa took a few steps back, her eyes sparkling with excitement. “You guys, take good care of her. This is Mr. Argent’s order. You’ll get a reward if you do a good job.”
The men let out lewd laughter, approaching Alarieka, grabbing her legs.
Suddenly, a boy in a school uniform like Alafieka’s rushed over with a stun gun. He was panting roughly, swinging the stun gun in his hand wildly.
“Get lost! Don’t touch her!”
The sound of the current in the stun gun made those men really retreat.
Alarieka immediately got up, and the boy grabbed her wrist, pulling
her to run.

She didn’t know how long they ran. Both of them were panting heavily.
The boy stopped, turned around, and carefully looked at the road behind them.
After a moment, he threw away the stun gun in his hand and said, “It’s safe now. I have to say, the school security’s stun gun is really useful.”
Alaricka hugged herself tightly, her voice barely audible. “Thank you.”
The boy was average–looking, not tall, but he smiled brightly. “It’s okay. But you have to be more careful next time. Don’t take that road. It’s always been taken by some thugs.”
Alaricka wanted to nod, but her head was dizzy.
The boy held her, saying nervously, “Are you okay?”
Alaricka murmured weakly, “Can you take me to a hotel?”
