Adrian kept on pacing around the room he seemed nervous.

After him pacing a bit he stopped looked at me straight in the eye and grabbed my Hands and starting holding them.

He never lost eye contact when he said something that shocked me.

"Lily would you like to go on a date with me?"

I stared at him shocked,I couldn't believe this.

First he kills my father,he gives me a place to stay and now he wants to go out with me.

If I say yes I'm definitely crazy he's a killer.

Also I heard rumors about him getting laid with a lot of different girls.

He probably just wants that from me and then dump me leaving me alone.

I just can't say yes it will be too weird for me and I don't want this to ruin our weird friendship.

I finally broke eye contact and closed my eyes.

I could feel that he was staring at me.

I opened my eyes again and looked down to my lap.

As I looked down I heard like a whine I'm not sure what it was but when I looked up Adrian face was extremely sad.

This is why I can't say yes if we end things well I would get hurt and I don't want to get hurt any more and I really don't want to hurt him.

I just can't say yes or no why can't we just have this weird friendship thing we have.

Maybe if I was a normal girl at school and if I been asked out but Adrian then of course I would say yes Adrian is a god he has handsome features and from what I know a great personality.

But sadly I'm not that girl I had way to many problems and if I get hurt any more I will break I won't be able to handle it.

Heart break is painful it will ruin me emotionally just as my dad ruin me physically.

I stayed very quiet not making any type of body moment.

After a while Adrian gave up he sat next to me and started talking again.

"Lily you don't have to say yes do what you want to do,"he whispered.

Why is he so damn nice to me.

I run my hand through my hair I still don't know what to do.

Should I risk it all and end up in an emotional mess of say no and lose our friendship.

Maybe if I just went with him to one date only one and see how that life is and maybe Adrian can change his mind about dating me.

As these thoughts were flowing in my head Adrian eyes never left my face.

I got up and got my notebook and a pen.

I "asked".

"Hmm what do you want I'll give you anything."

Whoa but that's the thing I'm not sure I never really wanted anything.

I could play for returning to school.

I don't like being homeschooled it doesn't really work out considering I'm just learning from books and not teachers experiences and if I do good in school I can go to a good college.

Well that settles it I would to go back to school.

"Ok I'll play you and if I win I have to go back to school so I could go to a good college far from here."

"Haha yea right darling you are not winning and jaunt because you said you want to get away from here make it 2 dates,"he smirked.

"Deal"

"Wait what game are we playing anyways?" I asked.

"Don't worry about babe you will see tomorrow now you better prepare for going on 2 dates with me because I'm going to win."

I shook my head no it not fair if he knows how to play and not me but I guess that's how it works for him.

We looked at each other shook hands and left the room going out separate ways.
