You're Not My Mate novel Chapter 37

"And what do you know?! You're just a damn mut! What rank do you have in a damn pack?! You're just a damn Omega trying to be involved with the Alphas!" I yell, it snarled and Sean face palms.

"What do I know?! I can sense what she's feeling at every giving moment! If I want to I can see through her eyes at whatever she is doing! And if she wants I will be teleported to her side! I'm her hellhound! I'm the Alpha of all Alpha's down here. Don't ever come into my territory and disrespect me! I'm royalty, compared to me you're the mut!" It seethed, we glared at each other until Sean yelled called us to the T.V. on the screen it showed the highlights of the games. We saw the deal that Violet and Logan made, the injections, and all the kills. Then it switched to the live camera, it was scanning people's rooms and telling us who was in them. We could see down the hall when it was switching rooms only to see Logan coming out of Violets room and going into his own room. This made me furious along with Sean and Simon, Dean seemed fine with it though. He just yelled at me for not being worried about her! Now he's acting like the guy we're supposed to hate is perfectly fine to be around her!

"Do you think he will hold up his side of the deal?" Simon asks.

"There is a fifty-fifty chance he will." A dark voice came from behind us I spun around quickly to see Satan leaning against the wall, his arms crossed over his chest and his cape in one of his hands. He looked livid. The hellhound bowed, showing respect along with Sean. I felt like I was being pushed down by a sumo wrestler, my body was forced to bow to him, I hated it, I shouldn't have to bow to anyone. Alphas don't bow.

"Down here you aren't alpha mut." The hellhound growls under it's breath. I roll my eyes. We are released from the bow and I look to the T.V after hearing a commotion from the audience. Logan was next to Violet near a big ass door. He looked at her and put his hand on her lower back making my growl. He leaned down to her ear and said something, to witch she nodded. He seemed unconvinced, leading me to think that he was asking her something. We walk out onto the balcony to look over the contestants when they come out as they do they immediately get into the grid form. Logan was next to Violet, her eyes looked dead, no emotion, Simon looked at them with anger and worry. Some guy that threatened Violet in the last game was standing next to Logan as Logan looked, well more like glared, he cowered away with fear filling his eyes. He had a fresh cut along his face. Logan looked up at us then to Violet the back of his head faced me meaning I couldn't tell what he was thinking or his facial expressions. He looked forward again as the camera came in front of them feeding the data it collected to the big screen above, I looked up along with everyone else.

Violet King:

Emotions: anger, determination, annoyance, bloodthristy, can not detect last emotion.

Wounds: bruises on wrists, neck, and sides.

Power status: high

"Who did it? Was it Logan? I swear I'm going to kill the son-of-a-bitch." He started to rant, I was even more confused now. What the hell is he talking about?

"No it wasn't Logan, it was Okalen." The hellhound stated. Sean got even more pissed at this. I was so caught up in what was happening with them I didn't hear the announcer talk or the crowed cheer as Violet knocked out her first opponent. As the crowd cheered I ripped my attention from Sean and Dean, I looked down at Violet as she starts to fight her second opponent. Her opponent that went by the name Eva looked completely petrified standing across the fighting ring from Violet, who had her eyes closed. Violet cracked her knuckles, rolled her head, opened her eyes, and smirked.

"What do you think happened last night? The hellhound said that Logan didn't do anything, it was that Okalen guy that did something." I ask Simon. He looks over at me then refocused on Violet. She already had Eva pinned to the ground and was punching her repeatedly in the gut.

"I don't know but what ever happened to her must have been really bad for her to feel pain. I've seen her be tortured and all she did was laugh as if it tickled, I haven't seen her eyes so dead ever since she came back from her experience with Logan." He stated, his eyes trained on Violet the whole time.
