Granny Lynch watched as Joshua retreated up the stairs and could not help letting out a scoff. “Tsk.
What kind of girlfriend is this? He’s being a servant, not a boyfriend! “
She could not understand her grandson at all. Previously, he had never taken a liking to Aura. His next girlfriend, Alice, turned out to be a nutcase and ended herself.
Initially, Granny Lynch had not been fond of Luna, but after seeing how well she treated the children, she finally warmed up to her. Just as she had come around, Joshua stopped dating Luna and instead decided to bring a sick woman home.
This was outrageous!
“Don’t be angry, Great-Granny. You have to look after your health too, you know.“ Seeing how frustrated Granny Lynch was, Nellie swiveled around and immediately leaped off her chair. She skipped over to Granny Lynch and reached out a hand to pat her back.
However, Nellie was so short that she could not reach Granny Lynch at all.
Despite this, Granny Lynch was amused by her actions. She pulled Nellie into her arms and gently pinched her cheeks. “Such a good girl! Are you worried about me?“
“Of course! “ Nellie nodded earnestly. “My mother always taught me to respect my elders. She said that I shouldn’t throw a tantrum or talk back to my elders simply because I didn’t like the food they made! “
Granny Lynch’s entire body stiffened at this.
She recalled that Fiona had thrown a tantrum just a short while ago and even called her cooking disgusting and old-fashioned.
She could not let her great-grandchildren become spoiled brats like Fiona!
Nigel and Nellie exchanged a glance, then nodded in unison. “It’s true, Great-Granny.”
“True as can be. Even though we don’t think there’s anything wrong with Mommy…but…”
“I’ll go upstairs and talk to Joshua! ” Granny Lynch let out a snort of indignation, then set down Nellie and stood up. “How can he do this? The woman who raised his children with manners is deemed crazy, while the frail, weak one is treated like a princess! Let me go upstairs and see what he’s up to!”
Seeing that Granny Lynch had got up from her chair, Nellie immediately grabbed hold of her hand. “It’s okay, Great-Granny… Even if you talk to Daddy about this, he still won’t let us live with Mommy…”
Granny Lynch scoffed. “Is that so? Well, let me go upstairs and give him a piece of my mind! It’s either I send you back to Luna today, or he lets Luna live here! “

This story line is sickening… her children, Nellie in particular, do not like Malcolm. She is already married to Joshua, the father of her children who loves her more than Malcolm ever could. Just disgusting....
Another “misunderstanding”…… poor Luna, why can’t she just say the Quinns kidnapped me instead of assuming Joshua is doing the wrong thing. Terrible....
I sure hope Aura gets arrested and pays for her many crimes soon, along with Adrian and Michael. Joshua and Luna need peace with their children....
Joshua is stupid, he says he loves Luna but refuses to tell her the truth thinking he can never recover from all the deceit, if he told the truth he could redeem himself and live a happy life with his family rather than continue to protect a bunch of evil criminals. Terrible decisions by a man who is smart enough to run a multi faceted company....
Omg this author is twisted!! When does Luna catch a break! This is awful. Aurasnd Fiona are evil, evil women and are using the children to commit their crimes 🤬...
And now the author has made it sound like he cares more for Fiona who he has only known a couple of weeks than Luna, his wife, the love of his life. Stupid and pathetically disgusting....
Wow, making Joshua out to be so stupid, ugh. Yes he told this horrible bitch he would accompany her until she died, but she lied about her fake illness so I guess he’ll have to live with her forever! He also promised to love, honor and cherish his wife Luna however seems to forget that with each passing malicious mistress, Aura, Alice and now Fiona. Awful. Let’s get past this into some storyline that involves some happiness for Luna… the only woman who truly cares for and loves him. Get rid of Fiona, soon....
So disgusted with this Fiona storyline, hope it doesn’t last much longer. Joshua told her when they made the deal he had someone in his heart and would not sleep with her. They could be faking a relationship and he doesn’t have to be so nasty to Luna and the kids. It’s heartbreaking and giving him another ridiculous relationship is unnecessary. Just makes more misunderstandings for Luna and harder for her to forgive him....
Joshua is in the wrong, even if Fiona asked him to keep their fake relationship a secret he should have told Luna what was going on. After all, supposedly he lives Luna and the children and is doing this for them. Being deceiving is not working for him....
