Chapter 315 Go to Ice Floral Island
Scott thought that Terrence would be difficult to deal with, but the latter
didn't seem very smart.
"You are not as vicious as your grandfather is."
Hearing this, Terrence frowned slightly.
However, before Terrence could ask anything, Scott hung up the phone.
Alexa should be fine for the time being, Terrence thought.
Terrence felt a bit relieved.
He wanted to investigate the matter overnight, but Edwin came in with Damarion with a sad face.
"Mr. Ramsey, Mr. Duran has been crying."
Damarion cried very sadly. When Terrence reached out to hug him,
Damarion didn't respond to his hug merrily.
"Mom... I want Mommy..."
"Mom will be back soon. Damarion, be good."
Terrence coaxed him patiently and instantly put away his sharpness and hostility.
In the bright office, only the father and son were left.
"Are you hungry? Do you want to eat something?"
"I'm not hungry."
Damarion replied in a childish voice. His bright eyes were still filled with tears, looking very pitiful.
Terrence's heart suddenly felt a stab of pain.
He rubbed Damarion's head guiltily, his eyes full of loneliness.
In front of outsiders, Terrence was the omnipotent president of Hudson Group.
But the truth was that he could not even protect his own family.
"Damarion, I promise that I will bring Mom back safely," Terrence said firmly.
He asked the chef to make some food for Damarion. After Damarion ate his fill, he quickly fell asleep.
The way Damarion slept was the same as Alexa's.
Terrence smiled slightly and pinched Damarion's face gently.
After sending Damarion home, Terrence saw Rebekah in the living room.
She held her phone and looked uneasy.
"Mom?"
"Keyon just called me," Rebekah said with a serious look. "He is looking for Alexa."
Terrence was expressionless and faintly replied.
"If he wants to know where she is, he can check it himself."
"It seems that the Duran family is deeply divided."
Rebekah sighed and felt suspicious.
If Christina had secretly taken Alexa away from New York, it meant that
there must be untold secrets in between.
"Terrence, I am very worried about Alexa."
Terrence handed Damarion over to Yareli and then wrapped a blanket over
Rebekah.
"Don't worry and have a rest. I'll handle this."
Rebekah patted the back of Terrence's hand with guilt.
"Your father and I have never cared about these things, but we didn't expect
that the previous hate would get you involved."
"Mom, don't think too much."
Terrence was calm and did not vent his anger on Rebekah.
"I can solve these things."
Rebekah still wanted to say something, but she didn't want to put pressure
on Terrence, so she finally said nothing.
"Your father and I to take care of Damarion. Don't worry about him."
"Yes."
After smoothing Rebekah's mood, Terrence did not return to his room to
rest but went straight out.
It was a sleepless night for Terrence.
At Royal Noble Club, Conley had just finished his business and was walking
out of the club with a pretty young lady in his arms.
A black Maybach suddenly stopped right in front of him, scaring Conley out of his drunken state.
Before he could react, a figure pushed open the door and got out of the car. Without any explanation, Terrence stepped forward and grabbed Conley's
collar.
"What?"
Conley stood up in shock and couldn't believe it.
"No, I have to save Alexa. Does Keyon know about this?" Conley anxiously
paced back and forth.
"He should know now."
"Ice Floral Island is a private island of the Duran family. Without the
permission of the Duran family, ordinary people cannot enter."
"I have a plan."
After that, Terrence left the stunned Conley alone and directly left.
Not long after, Edwin got a message.
Keyon had already set off for Ice Floral Island.
Terrence drove alone on the coastal road, and he felt so cold.
Alexa, you have to wait for me, thought Terrence.
At this time, Alexa just woke up from her sleep.
"Terrence..."
She murmured his name silently, and her back was covered in a cold sweat.
Alexa looked down at the wedding ring on her fingers and calmed herself
down.
At this time, a flat voice came from the door.
"Did you have a nightmare?"
It was Finley!
He was actually still here.
Alexa looked over with horror and vigilance.
"I was just sleeping. You don't have to stay by my side."
"This is Madam's order. What's more, I'm afraid of anything happening to
you," Finley said indifferently.
"I won't do anything stupid."
Finley didn't reply to her. Instead, he got up and lit the aroma oil.
"I developed this for you. It will soothe your nerves."
"Stop being so hypocritical!"
